~7:00am~

Michael had already entered Yao's home and had also taken out his guards. They were now in the area, rounding the staircase to the dinning room. He saw the Chinese man sitting at the table with his two six year old sons and wife sitting there, eating a breakfast of oatmeal. Yao stood to grab his gun from under the table, but Michael was too quick. He whipped his gun from his holster, pointing it at his head. The woman screamed, and held her two children close to her.

"Don't be afraid Mrs. Ling. I am not the kind of man who harms women and children. Go upstairs, and don't come down until you are called. Understand?" she nodded and took her children upstairs. There was dead silence in the room, as Michael's men surrounded them.

"Where is she Yao?!"

"Who?" Michael hit him the handle of his gun, blood, was now rushing down the side of his head.

"You know exactly who the hell I mean!" he said. Yao looked at him and frowned.

"No. I do not," his gritted teeth clenched.

"Boss! She's not here, or at any of his warehouses. She's nowhere to be found," Mac said, out of breath from running up and down stairs.

"Yao...where is she?"

"If I wanted revenge on you, I wouldn't harm your family, as you have never harmed mine. I'd shoot you myself," Michael stared at him, looking at the sweat drip down from his chin. He then lowered his gun and sighed.

"I'm sorry Yao. I should have known better," he placed the gun back in it's holster and turned to leave. Yao sat there in shock, then he finally spoke.

"Jackson?" Michael stopped, and paused, never turning to face him.

"I think our rivalry has lasted far too long," Michael turned slowly and said,

"You're just figuring that out?"

"I want us to work together. I know in the past I have caused trouble, but all those times you've shown me mercy. I never knew that feeling of kindness, not even from my father. I want an alliance," Michael was a little amazed to hear that come out of his arch enemy's mouth.

"I'll think about it. But if it' some kind of trick, you're dead," Yao nodded, and Michael left back to the van. His phone began to ring in his pocket. He grabbed it and flipped it open.

"Hello?"

"Boss. Aaron's nowhere to be found. We've looked everywhere for him,"

"What the hell is going on?"

Janet's eyes slowly opened as she looked up at the now pitch black ceiling. She didn't know what time it was, as it was too dark to see the clock on the high wall above the door frame. All she knew was it was dark and eerily silent. She adjusted, and her body ached in pain, her hands were still tied stiffly behind her. Her legs hurt worst of all. She sat up on the bed and struggled to get her wrist free. She noticed her ankles weren't tied together. She couldn't see much in the room, but the dim moonlight that shown through the barred window showed a straight path towards the door, and that no one was in there with her as far as she could see.
