Isiah and Amira played with each other as I walked into the kitchen of my 3 bedroom home. I had to drop them all off at school and then head to work.
"What y'all wanna eat for breakfast?" I shouted loud enough for them to hear.
"Waffles!" They all shouted back. I plugged up the waffle maker and started mixing up the batter as the alarm went off.
"Daddy!" Amira yelled as the sound of feet hitting the floor filled the room.
"Wassup lil niggas." Antonio chuckled hugging each of them.

I smiled to myself at how close they were with their dad. I just wish we never had to get a divorce.
Right after we got married, Antonio hit a all time low. He would never be home, always smoking or drinking, started abusing me again and at some point tried to hit Isiah. I ended up having to call the police on him once because he barged into my house, 3 am, drunk.
I didn't wanna be that kind of mom who keeps the kids away from their dad so I let them see him once a week.

"Wassup Miyah." He smiled kissing my neck.
"Boy get off me." I laughed finishing up the waffles and grabbing my strawberries.
"What all you gotta do today?" He asked sitting at the island.
"Take them to school, go to work, pick them up, drop Isiah off at his friends sleepover and Amira at her godmoms." I sighed putting some strawberries on each plate.
"Y'all food ready!" I called out as they rushed into the kitchen.

"Oh bet but umm, Jaeda wanna see you." He said as the kids said grace and ate.
"Has she apologized?" I asked crossing my arms.
About 3 months ago, Jaeda was more aware of the situation around her.

She didn't like how I kept her and I wasn't her real mom, so she called me a bitch and hasn't apologized since. I'm not holding grudges against a child but she's 8 and knows how to take responsibility. Period.
"No but I don't see how you still mad about it." He shrugged.

"I don't see how you're not. Do you realize what kind of child she's becoming? She got into 4 fights in one semester Antonio. She's in the 2nd grade. Come on now, you need to be more worried." I shook my head and grabbed my phone.

I finally finished school and opened up my own shop. I had a couple workers who would keep up when I wasn't there but today I had the urge to do someone's lace.
"Are y'all done?" I asked as Isiah pushed his plate across the counter.
"Yup." Amira nodded jumping from the counter. Surprisingly, Isiah ended up being the more quiet child.
"Alright go put your shoes on and make sure you have everything you need for school." I said as they ran upstairs.

"I gotta go handle business, ima be back over here tomorrow if that's ight?" He asked towering over me.
"That's fine." I shrugged.
"As long as you sober." I added and he nodded.
"We ready mommy." Isiah said coming downstairs with his paw patrol backpack and Amira with her Dora one.
"Say bye to daddy." I said grabbing my keys.
"I don't want him to leave." Amira pouted hugging his legs.
"I do." Isiah shrugged standing by the door.

"That was mean Siah." I said hitting his arm lightly.
"I don't care.. I just want to go to school." He huffed crossing his arms.
"Alright come on yall. Bye Antonio." I said holding both of their hands and going to the car as Antonio got in his.
"Siah why would you say that?" I asked furrowing my eyebrows as I looked in the mirror at him.
"Because daddy doesn't love me so why should I love him?" He shrugged. He's way too smart for his own good.

"Why you think daddy doesn't love you?" I asked keeping my eyes on the road.
"He never wants to take me places he only takes Amira and it's not fair. And he hit me and not Amira, and he made my mommy cry. So I don't like him." He explained and I felt my heart breaking. It's fucking disgusting how he doesn't see an issue with how he treats his son. Ever since he was 1 Antonio seemed to treated him like he didn't exist. What kind of father is that?

"I know bub but you can't say you don't love him. You want mommy to talk to him?" I asked switching lanes.
"Yes." He sighed going back to his ipad.
Once I dropped them off at school, Lex texted me saying the shop needed an extra pair of hands. I rolled my eyes cause I didn't plan on doing too too much today but I guess. I pulled into my parking spot and got out making sure I locked my doors.
"Hey girls."I smiled walking to my station.
"Hey Miyah." Everyone said at once.

"Miyah bitch you will not believe what Tiffany posted." Yoni said doing her clients edges. I rolled my eyes just thinking about her. Tiffany was Antonio's alleged baby mama, and he "has" a son named AJ with her.
"She think I'm jealous of her? The bitch has 6 possible baby daddies." I laughed spraying down my seat before the client sat down.

Few hours later..

I finished up the shrimp Alfredo as
I glanced at my phone and saw Draco was calling me. I smiled and answered the FaceTime before sitting it up on the counter.
"Wassup beautiful." He smiled showing off his grill.
"Hey baby." I blushed putting it on a plate and put the rest into a container.
"Whatchu cooking?" He asked looking down at his phone as he drove.
"Some Alfredo." I shrugged.

Me and Draco aren't really dating yet. We're kind of like friends with benefits, good ass benefits. I don't want Antonio to know anything is going on, cause he's just gonna freak and make it a big deal. I don't want my kids around him cause they can't hold water so we kinda low key right now.
"Ooh I'm on the way then." He laughed. I rolled my eyes sitting on the couch and turning on love and hiphop Atlanta.

"Whatchu want for your birthday?" He asked looking at the camera.
"Umm.. those Chanel heels I showed you and that blue birkin." I smiled. He was kind of like my sugar daddy but I actually liked him.
"I gotcha." He nodded.
"Aye come open the door." He added. I hung up the phone and went to unlock the door.
As soon as I opened it my panties were instantly soaked.
He had on a white t-shirt with some light blue true religion jeans and white nikes. His Cuban link shined with the sunlight and his wrist was on ice.

"I missed you." I smiled jumping up and wrapping my legs around his waist.
"I missed you too baby." He smiled pecking my lips.
"You smell good." I giggled laying my head on his shoulder.
"Ain't this the cologne you got me? Ion know." He shrugged closing the door with his foot.
"I'm hungry as a bitch." He added.
"There's some Alfredo lef-"
"Nah I want something else." He chuckled walking upstairs.
