˗ˏˋ 𝐄𝐧𝐡𝐲𝐩𝐞𝐧 𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬 | 𝐨𝐧𝐞-𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐭𝐬'ˎ˗

𝙃𝙚𝙚𝙨𝙚𝙪𝙣𝙜 - 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙘𝙤𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙜𝙚 𝙡𝙞𝙗𝙧𝙖𝙧𝙮

The start of a new day, the sun was shining bright and the warmth was radiating throughout the college grounds. As you entered the premises you encountered the large gateway which entered into the main building, making its way directly to the library. You always found the library to be your safe space; almost a retreat from the outside world where you can purely focus and find peace and quiet. Surprisingly you didn't have many classes you had to attend to, so you chose your time wisely and decided to start your day in the comfort of the large space provided with everything you need.

As you entered the large building you were encountered with the wide pristine walls that stretched around you, shelves filled with books lined against the walls. You stood there taking in your surroundings before making your way towards the small library café and ordering a pearl milk tea to relinquish your hunger. As you received your drink you began to head towards an empty bench on the floor above, scanning the area to find the best place to study. As you finally made your way to the top of the stairs you shrugged your bag from your shoulders and slouched against the curved sofa, hidden from view.

Flicking the fallen hair which had now covered your eyes, you reached down to unzip your bag and pull out your textbooks and laptop. As you began placing the books on the bench one by one, you were stopped by a presence which left you speechless. Glancing towards the edge of the stairs you noticed a tall boy, around the age of 19-20 looking uneasy and confused. He was wearing a pair of large tracksuit pants paired with an oversized polo shirt, chunky white sneakers and a baseball cap with his black soft hair falling around the edge of his cap.

You were instantly drawn to his handsome appearance, not being able to take your eyes off of him, before he glanced in your direction. As the both of you made eye contact you instantly felt your cheeks flush red, watching him walk towards you.

"Hey...um, I'm new, can you help me find this room please?" He asked kindly but shyly, observing the way his eyes compare to a baby deer, sparkling under the white light. He holds out his phone for you to check his class timetable, realizing that the room he is looking for is close by.

"Oh I know where that room is, don't worry I'll show you it's pretty easy to find" You exclaim happily, watching an emotion of peace cover him like a blanket.

"Awesome thanks, hey, do you mind if I sit here?" He questions, with you immediately answering yes which almost startles him by your speed. He pulls off his bag and falls against the sofa, feeling an electric buzz vibrate through your veins from his closeness.

"I'm Heeseung by the way, nice to meet you" he speaks casually with a soft smile, crossing one leg over the other while stretching his arm along the edge of the couch.

"Hey I'm y/n, let me be the first to welcome you here!" you chuckle before taking a sip from your drink, admiring Heeseung sitting directly next to you. You notice the way he runs his hands through his fluffy black hair, and how he occasionally raises his eyebrows when talking; observing his small actions which make you fall for this mysterious new student even harder. Before you know it 2 hours have already passed; realizing that the both of you haven't studied for a single thing, but rather enjoying each other's company and time spent together which had value.

"Hey Heeseung I think we should probably get going now, our classes are about to start." You say, before you pack your things in your bag. You notice Heeseung grabbing your books and helping you pack up; but as he goes to reach for a textbook you accidentally wrap your hand around his hand holding the book. You suddenly feel a burning sensation rise to your cheeks once again and realize what you have just done, but as you look straight at Heeseung you see his complex turn to a bright red and his eyes open wide. Almost for a second you are both drawn to each other's beauty, ignoring every distraction around you and being completely captivated by; him.

"Oh I'm so sorry, aha" He chuckles lightly, wanting to take the blame and save you from even more embarrassment. You both rise from the sofa in sync and stand there awkwardly, before snapping back to reality and realizing that you need to direct him to his class. You both make your way to the doors of the library and point him to the direction he needs to go, showing a soft smile and waving goodbye with him reciprocating.

"Nice to meet you y/n, maybe I'll see you tomorrow? Same spot?" He questions, displaying a wide smile before turning directly around and making his way across the college grounds. As the both of you begin to walk further and further away from each other you suddenly spin your head around and notice he does at the exact same time, before rapidly facing the opposite direction like nothing happened. You felt a beam spread from ear to ear as you just realized what today had brought you, praying that this could be the start of something new with Heeseung.
