After hours of sitting, airsickness and Shinobu's endless amount of idle chatter, the two finally arrived at the airport, setting foot into

" Paris! Oh how wonderful!" Shinobu exclaimed, walking to get her bag from the collecting station while Giyuu followed silently behind her.

" Everything hurts ..." He mumbled. But Kocho heard him.

" Stop acting like an old man." she teased. Giyuu just sighed, looking at the row of bags passing by slowly. He spotted his and reached for it, successfully grabbing it. He turned to Shinobu, but she was still glancing worriedly towards the harmony of bags in front of them. " Strange... where's mine?" She wondered, placing a hand on her cheek.
" It might come soon, there's still a next back of bags coming up so don't worry." Giyuu reassured her. She smiled but her worried expression came back soon after. The next batch of bags finally arrived and Shinobu scanned through them like a computer. There were a lot of black trolley bags so it was rather difficult to differentiate hers from the rest.

" Mine has a butterfly keychain..." she muttered, kneeling down to take a closer look. " Aha! There you are~!"
She grabbed her trolley bag and set it carefully on the ground, wiping the sweat off her forehead.

" Alright! Let's eat?"

___

" I'll pay."

Shinobu's eyes grew wide. " Oh wow are you sure Tomioka San?".

" Yes I'm sure. It would be rude if you were the only one paying in this trip." he insisted. " I know you were the one who planned all this but I have to do something for you too." he continued, his voice gradually growing softer at the last part. " Oh I didn't know you were a gentleman." " It's just basic manners, that's all." " Okayyyy~".

" You can wait at the table if you want." Giyuu suggested. The girl nodded, walking towards the stairs. " We can get a better view up there!" she said.

" Is that all?'" the cashier asked, to which Giyuu is surprised because he thought he needed to speak French for them to have a better ... conversation??? Whatever, that French class course was still useful for the rest of the trip. " Yes."

" Yes Mitsuri I'm fine."

The purple haired female sat on the chairs near the terrace, her worried friend frantically and continuously asking questions through the phone. " Oh but I'm still SO worried!" Mitsuri exclaimed. " Did you bump into any bad people? IS GIYUU TREATING YOU FINE?!"

Shinobu laughed. " I'm fine, we're fine! We just landed, we're at a restaurant right now. Don't worry, if any case, Giyuu is the one in good hands right now." she stated, proudly, kinda. " I got it all figured and planned out Mitsuri, we'll be okay." She heard her friend sigh through the phone.

" Are you sure?"

" Yes!" she said with a smile.

" Okay then sister, you take care. We'll be waiting for you here, ALSO IF YOU NEED HELP PLEASE ASK US!" Mitsuri added. Shinobu smiled, catching Giyuu from the corner of her eye, she waved at him before going back to her phone. " Okay I gotta go now, see you soon Mitsuri." she said before hanging up. Giyuu quietly sat down in front of her, and because he didn't know how to start a convo, he looked at anything else out the window that can distract him. He can hear Shinobu chuckling in front of him. He glanced towards her with a confused expression. " What's so funny?"

" Tomioka San ..." she started. " If it's awkward for you then it is also awkward for me."

He sighed. " I'm sorry. I don't know what to say." After all, Shinobu always teased him about how no one likes him. That made him think for a while, not that he took it seriously or anything. He was used to her teasing. But that also made him question another thing. If she says no one likes him, then why is she friends with him?
