Y/n's POV
I'm walking to breakfast at January camp when I feel an arm wrap around my waist. "What you thinking about shorty" Tobin say with her normal smile

"I'm not short" I say being the stubborn person I am

"Your 5 2"

"No. 5 2,6"

"Yea Yea sure we can go with that" She say playfully rolling her eyes

When we walk into the dining room Tobin unwrap her arm from me so that we can grab food and sit down with our usual people. Christen, Alex, Kelley, Allie, Ali, Pinole and Ash

"So what happening today" Pinoe ask breaking the silence

"Training from 11 to 2 and then we have the day off" Alex answer

The breakfast continues until Vlatko tell us about the day and then we are of to grab our stuff from our room

"What's going one between Tobs and you" Alex ask when we walk in our room

"Nothing can y'all stop asking" This is a question I get every day and it's getting annoying because it's kinda hard hiding that you like your best friend

"No because it's obvious that she like you. She wrap her arm around you. Call you all kinds of pet names. She is looking at you any chance she get. I can tell you hundred of times when I have tried to talk to her and all she does is stare at you"

"Okey stop I get it" I say grabbing my bag and leaving the room. Right as the door close I regret it. But fuck I can't go back in there

Groaning at myself I make my way to the bus

Tobin's POV
When I get to mine and Christen's I fall on the bed face first. "How can she not get the hint" I groan into the pillow

"I literally do everyone thing I would do if we were together except kissing her. Pet names, I kiss her cheek, I hug her, wrap my arm around her. I stare at her like she is some kinda of goddess. But still she don't even blush" I sit up and angrily start to grab my things

I'm about to walk out the door when Christen pull me back. "Calm down. Your going to end up doing something stupid if your frustrated" I take her tips and take a few deep breaths before making my way to the bus

I find me place beside y/n on the right in the middle of the bus and sit down. When I look at y/n she looks sad. "You okey?" I ask stroking her thigh

"I snapped at Alex and I feel bad" She say hiding her head in my neck. I only wrap my arms around her pulling her closer

"Talk to her before we start practice. Okey" She just nods so I leave a small kiss on her head looking out the window with my arms still wrapped around her

When we get to the stadium we get up and walk to the field I sit down to tie my cleats while y/n walk over to Alex. I can see them talk and then hug but I get myself lost staring at y/n's back. She is wearing a tank top that show of her incredibly good back muscles. My eyes the wander down to her waist and down to her ass

I know she as struggled with her body confidence after a lot of people called her flat but I think she is perfect and definitely not to flat

I'm lost in my thoughts when I feel someone sitting down next to me. "What you thinking about" y/n ask

Do you see what I mean. I just stared her down with out any shame and she act like nothing has happened

"Nothing important"

"Sure. But it looked like you were thinking about something else"

I finish tying my cleats and get up starting with practice

After practice we make our way back to the bus the ride is quite because we are all probably tired after a three hours practice

When we get to the hotel we have 30 minutes to shower and get ready for lunch. Lunch is quite with only small talk here and there

At the end of lunch y/n phone go off so she walk out the room answering the call. After five more minutes she isn't back so I take both our dishes and put them away before looking for her

A soon find her looking out a window at the end of the corridor we live on. I wrap my arms around her as she talk to someone on the phone

When the call ends she out her phone in her pocket and lean into me. "Who was it"

"Mom. She told me about her day" Y/n is probably the most home sick person I have ever met so I knew this was something that means a lot to her

We just stood there in silence for a while enjoying the moment. After minutes of debating I got the courage to actually make a real move on her so I slightly kiss her neck leaving my lips there

When she don't react I move down closer to her shoulder leaving kisses. I can feel her leaning into me more slightly tilting her head to give me more space to work with

"T-Tobin" She let out after a while.

"Mmm" I answer not stopping with the kisses. Shaky breaths leave her mouth jus a few moments later. Giving me the courage to keep going

"You don't know how long I have tried to tell you how I feel" I slightly bit down on her neck making her knees go weak but I hold her up with my arms. "The pet names. Always wanting to touch you" Bitting down a little hard and a small moan escapes her lips. "I have shamelessly been staring at you ass but you haven't shown any thing back" I move my hand to her ass as I leave a clear hickey

"Fuck Tobin. We are in the middle of the corridor" Kinda forgot that

"My room?" I ask not wanting to pass any line

"Christen?"

"I will just kick her out"

"Won't she f-"

"Everyone knows. Everyone but you"

I take her hand walking over to my room. I don't even have to tell Christen what to do. She just get up and leave. Closing the door after her

I then push her up against the wall but make sure not to hurt her. "You want to know why you don't know" I ask dangerously close to her lips which she answer with a nod

"Because you can't take a hint" Then I crash my lips into hers doing what I have wanted to do for years
