Forbidden love

On a blooming hot summer day, Yumeko Jabami of the hyakkaou private acadmy decided it was time to finally challenge Ryota to a gambling match. "good morning Ryota!" Yumeko chirped happily while she met up with him, walking down the halls. "Oh, Hello Yumeko! Youre in a good mood today!" Ryota observed. "yes I guess I am" she said back quietly, realizing her emotions. "you got something on your mind Yumeko?" Ryota asked in a concerned manner before butting his head cutely into Yumekos. "yes... Actually would you like to gamble together? It doesnt have to be a big important match or anyth-" Ryota stopped walking and stared at Yumeko who also stops. "Of course!! I would love to!" Ryota exclaimed. "Yay! Okay so when and where should we go?" Yumeko asked. "Should we go into the school yard for a change in setting? Today would be nice as it's a gorgeous summer day!" Ryota replied. "Wonderful! I'm guessing you would like to meet up at what, lunch break? We could play some poker!" Yumeko asked. "Of course! Sounds great, see you there!" Ryota said as he walked ahead of Yumeko, and into a class on his left. Yumeko, exited to finally see Ryotas skill in bluffing, turns around and is about to go into her class on her right, when she sees Kirari barely slip past her. "Oh! Sorry I almost bumped into you! You must be new here,, Yumeko if I'm correct. I'm kirari! Nice to finally meet you!" Kirari said in an almost suspicious happiness.  "Oh yes! You are correct. Hello Kirari!" Yumeko said. "Well, I better get to class. Nice to see you!" Yumeko replied as she walked into her class.
*oh my... she's the student council president?! She looks way younger than I expected her to look* Yumeko thought to herself, slightly blushing.

*lunch break*

As Yumeko steps out of her last class before break, once again she sees what appears to be Kirari walking down the hall in-front her...
*is she following me? I've been seeing her almost everywhere I go since we first talked today.. maybe even before that too?* Yumeko thought, running down the opposite way Kirari headed. As she bordered the exit of the school, entering the school yard she sees Ryota. "RYOTAAAAA!!!" Yumeko yells out to catch Ryota's attention as she plunged herself into his chest. "Oh my gosh Yumeko, Hello!" Ryota said happily. "Let's go to that bench over there. It has a nice tree for shade too!" Ryota followed up. "Yes! Great idea." Yumeko exclaimed. As they were walking to the table, Kirari walked by them, blowing air infused with the scent of her perfume right into Yumeko s face. "Oh!" Yumeko said, stunned that Kirari managed to walk by her once again today. "Wait one second Ryota, I'll be right back".
Yumeko turned around with a swift movement, then headed in Kiraris direction. Once she caught up, she tapped Kirari's shoulder. "Hello, student body president!" Yumeko chirped behind Kirari's ear. "Oh! A delight to see you again Yumeko! What are you doing?" Kirari questioned. "Oh, I'm just going to play a round of poker with Ryota over there by the tree! Would you like to join?" Yumeko answered happily, clearly exited. "Of course! I would love to!" Kirari replied with a spark. "Great! Follow me!" Yumeko replied with squeaks of happiness, as she is going to play a game of poker with the student body president and Ryota! They walked over to the bench under the tree to meet Ryota,already sitting with a deck on the table. Yumeko snatched it and cracked it open in one quick movement. *ssHKT*. She took the cards out of the box and exclaimed "who's going to shuffle?"
Silence engulfs the air around the three as Yumeko notices Ryota and Kirari's locked eyes. "What's the matter? Are you two afraid of playing a simple game of poker?" Yumeko asked in a concerned manner. Kirari broke the stare down saying "Oh yes I will shuffle" swiftly grabbing the deck of cards out of Yumeko's hand. While shuffling she seemed to go into a sort of haze, staring off into the distance. "What was that all about??" Yumeko asked Ryota while quietly shuffling over to his seat.
