Chapter 4

Saturday

I cannot sleep at all.

Pack an overnight bag? What does that even mean?

"AArrrgghhhhhhhhhhh...!!" I shouted as I lay back to my bed with my clothing messed up on the bed.

I close my eyes... and all I can see was his face and his smile.

"I'll pick you up tomorrow, 10am... get ready and bring an overnight bag too"

I sighed, look at the wall clock.

"It's 6am... and I can't sleep since last night" argghh I gushed as I grab one of my pillows.

Where will he take me? What should I bring? What should I even wear?

Casual? Formal? Jeans? Not jeans?

"Wait, Abigail... why are you stressing about what you should be wearing?" I jumped of the bed and ask myself.

Stupid, it is not even a date. Just wear something that makes you comfortable.

I close my eyes and takes whatever my hands grab and put in my bag, few makeups kit and my toiletries.

"Let's just think it is a weekend getaway, an adventure... somehow with a stranger"

I sighed.

Should I tell John about it? Would he be mad?

But it is his cousin, should be okay right?

Is it okay? Will he be okay with me going out without telling him?

I close my eyes and try to think about John... All I saw is him cuddling with another woman in his arms...

"Urrghhhhh... okay fine, not going to tell him."

I grab my towel and go for a shower.

Hrmmm... Harvey Stevenson, what are you up to?

30 minutes to 10am, still have sometimes... I think I am going to wait for him at the café.

Boleh juga sy minum coffee dlu while waiting for him.

Sy ambil brg2 sy yg suda kena pack tadi and look at my little messy apartment.
