Tyler Maeve gets home and tries to make sense of all that just happened. With a pull of the white mask from his face, he powers down. A swirl of red rose petals surrounding him as his outfit switches from the tuxedo/warrior hybrid gear to the gym clothes he had on previously. Tyler has been looking for the Prism Invictus long before the new warriors started taking out the demons he'd been going after. As they fought Lust earlier today, Tyler couldn't help but be drawn to him.

Pushing open the door to his on-campus apartment, Tyler goes straight to his bedroom to get undressed for a shower. The warrior he fought beside today has unparalleled powers--something he's never seen before. Tyler thinks about how his own body resonated with the new wave of magic that was released when he attacked. He can feel it in his chest whenever they're close. His chest is actually still hot from their proximity. He feels drawn to him. Even though he'd watched each of the warriors come into their transformations and activate their finisher attacks, the one protected by the Moon has a new finisher almost every time he sees him fight. His powers keep growing. Not only was that Reversal Wave strong enough to leave dents and cracks in the sturdy brick, it one-shotted a full-powered archdemon.

His clothes hit the laundry basket in the corner of his room one by one; tank top, Nike shorts, socks, underwear. Tyler likes his showers very hot; he enjoys a temperature that teeters on the edge of being so hot that he's about ready to flinch away from the steady stream. He lets the blast of water hit the center of his broad chest and slide down defined abs and sturdy legs.

The Archdemon of Lust was a slick demon because Tyler has a feeling that although they were both fighting the same monster, they saw two different people. Tyler saw exquisite midnight skin, smooth and poreless. Tyler saw long legs; a slender, gorgeous frame. He saw bright pink lips and sharp almond eyes. It was debilitating, nearly paralyzing in the best way. Tyler saw Sameer leaping at him in nothing but his underwear and Tyler's own white dress shirt hanging gracefully off of his shoulders, and instead of wanting to fight him--he wanted nothing more than to further undress him instead.

Tyler doesn't even realize his eyes have shut until he's opening them, one downward glance at his now heavy, stiff erection has him pushing an annoyed breath through his nose. He reaches for the knob and turns it in the opposite direction, the steam from the heated stream dissipating as the temperature changes from hot to cold.

After his shower is over, he dries off and falls into his bed, the sunlight heating up his room the later in the day it gets. He feels sleep starting to creep into his veins, and though he would prefer to get his day started, ache from the fight is starting to settle into his body. He knows that the weird, ethereal dream he keeps having will reappear. His eyes are already starting to close.

The man's warning rings out in his head with the clang of swords and the stray beams of energy flying through the air as an undercurrent. He remembers the whole conversation while he runs through the fighting to get to the beautiful fair-skinned prince. He was powerful, he had the power of the magical artifact that granted their people eternal youth and beauty--he could stop this war. "Falling in love with those from the Silver Palace is forbidden. You know that. You can't keep going to see him."
