"Okay, just don't attract attention got it?" I said as I put on my own sunglasses.
Luke and I always did this. Just so we didn't get mobbed. Luke would take out his lip ring put on a beanie, sunglasses.
We also didn't want dating rumors floating around. We defiantly were not dating. But if a fan did ask for a picture he would oblige.
"Got it." He said as we got out of his car and walked into the zoo's entrance.
...
We walked past a lot of exhibits right now we were walking past the giraffes.
"Hey Luke." I said my attention towards the giraffe.
"Haha. So funny I am pissing myself." He said bitterly.
I was about to say something in reply but his phone started ringing. He took it out of his pocket and I swiftly moved my head so I could see the contact.
"She's not gonna be happy if you don't answer, buddy boy." I said putting my hand on his shoulder, like a father talking to his son.
He blushed a deep shade of red and stepped a side to answer it. He was on the phone for about five minutes until he came back over to where I was standing.
We started walking around aimlessly. But I knew Luke was just looking for the penguins.
"Name, age, favorite food, hair color, and location." I demanded.
"Lily, seventeen, probably pizza, dirty blonde, she's from Sydney." He said letting out a breath.
"Are you guys dating?" I asked and for the second time his cheeks burned red.
"Um, well not offically." He said looking at his feet.
"But you like her!" I teased poking him in the ribs.
"Yeah well I think I know someone that likes you." He said sticking out his tongue, like a child.
"And who would that be?" I questioned curios to the answer.
"Calum." He blurted then covered his mouth, "Shit! I wasn't supposed to say anything."
"I doubt Calum likes me." I argued and felt my cheeks heat slightly.
"I saw him checking you out, and your blushing! Oh my god, you like him!" He squealed like a girl.
"Shut the fuck up!" I growled as I put my hand over his mouth.
"I could be louder." He said removing my hand.
"And I could get scissors and cut your quiff off while you are sleeping." I threatened.
"You wouldn't!" He yelped.
I just nodded my head slowly, almost evil like. I started walking ahead of him since we were standing, h hesitantly started walking besides me.
"But Calum does not like me, and I do not like him. Kay?" I asked.
"But-"
"Luke, please I just don't want to talk about this." I said with a deep sigh.
I felt like crying and screaming but also just cuddling with someone and talk about my feelings. But if they tried to touch me I would probably flip shit.
I hate periods.
"Penguins!" Luke squealed snapping me out of my thoughts.
I had to jog to catch up with the boy who was flailing his arms like a two year old. I laughed as I watched his eyes light up with excitement.
We stayed at the penguin exhibit for about twenty minutes watching them swim around.
A couple hours after we left the zoo because it was getting late. I collapsed onto my bed when I got home.
And my last thought before I drifted off into an unrestful sleep was.
Do I like Calum?
