The Bad One part 3 || Why Don't We

He takes a deep breath. Then starts singing.

*Continuing on now

"There goes my heart beating

 'Cause you are the reason"

"Oooo..good choice," Daniel says. Zach continues.

"I'm losing my sleep

 Please come back now."

I squeeze him a little. I am so thankful for my bestfriend. He is everything I didn't know I needed. I mean the rest of the band are my best friends but Zach is my bestfriend, bestfriend. We are so close, the fans ship us. Ergo Jachary. They basically made up this whole bromance. Well I guess we kinda provoked it. But we just went along with it b/c its funny and a lot of fun. And now the whole band ships us. But I haven't seen him in so long.

With Lavender being born, and me and gabby breaking up, me hardly getting to see Lav, and when I do it's in Hawaii, and when covid had hit I couldn't go see her at all b/c I couldn't travel. I had anxiety and panic attacks all the time and I was slowly becoming depressed. God, I missed him. But I didn't know how much I missed him until this moment. 

As I tune back into the real world, Zach starts singing the chorus and the rest of the band joining and harmonizing.

"I'd climb every mountain

 And swim every ocean" 

It startled me b/c I hadn't notice that they had come and sat around us. My breathing normal now, but they kept singing. I listen for a minute. But I didn't want it to be like them serenading me and I was feeling kinda left out. So I started singing along with them but very, very quietly so they couldn't hear me.

"Just to be with you

 and fix what I've broken

 Oh, 'cause I need you to see

 That you are the reason"

They finish the song and we just sit in silence for a minute.

"Are you okay now? Is it over?" Zach asks me quietly. 

I jump at the sound of his voice. 

"Sorry, I didn't mean to scare you." he apologizes. 

I open my eyes, take my head of his chest and look at him.

"Yes" I say quietly.

Then I wrapped him in a big hug. He hugs back.

"Thank you," I say to him, "Thank all of you"

"Of course. That's what bestfriends are for." he says.

"Aww..." Daniel says.

"GROUP HUG!" Corbyn says. 

They all join in the hug. Corbyn comes into it with so much force that he knock all of us over. So now we are all lying on the floor laughing.

"I love you guys" I say.

"We love you too" they all say.
