It wasn't after they left that her anxiety hit the roof, realizing just a couple of minutes ago that this is real, she's on a mission that involves killing other people, and she wasn't sure can do something like hurt another human being or any living being. Akko tried her best to sleep, but she was only into a nightmare every time, the same one she started having after the accident with Diana, but this time she actually lunged at her and killed her. So she rather stay awake than having to deal with seeing someone she deeply cares about get mauled by her own hands.

"You seem a little pale," Josie said out of nowhere, startling Akko.

"Uh oh um yea, just a nightmare, nothing much," Akko said quietly, rubbing her eyes, forcing herself to wake up.

The rest of the drive was normal, finally arriving at an exclusive restaurant called 'Suave Seafood', that looked packed with very well dressed people and their families. They all got out, following Daryl inside, wearing a long blue dress, her face caked with makeup and a false smile as she laughed at some joke one of the men made, greeting everyone that she knew.

"Ok listen up team, I want Akko and Daniel to scout the place, and the rest of us will follow Ms. Cavendish around, now go," Josie instructed, leaving with the rest of the team, leaving Akko and Daniel to themselves.

"Come on, let's have a look around," Daniel beckoned, maneuvering through people, Akko trying her best to follow, eventually catching up with him as they looked around.
"They all look suspicious to me," he groaned, after twenty minutes of scouting around the restaurant.

"Yea, I don't do anything out of the ordinary," Akko agreed, her shoulder sagging, as they continued to look.

As they just went around again, Akko decided to practice her sensing abilities, focusing on everything around, trying to pinpoint any strong scents, but something caught her attention, it smelt strangely like gasoline, a little too strangely.

"Daniel, I smell gasoline very nearby, less than twenty feet from us," Akko informed him, becoming more alert.
Daniel sniffed the air, recoiling at the stench; "Your right, get Josie quick," Daniel instructed, as he left her sight.

She quickly walked all the way towards where the rest of the team was, making a beeline towards Josie.

"Josie, something is not right, there is a very scent of gasoline inside the building," Akko whispered in her ear, not wanting to startle anyone in case the smell was just a fluke.

"Ok, stay here and watch over Ms. Cavendish with Jamie, I'll go check it out," she said, patting Akko's back before jogging away into the crowd.

Jamie scooted closer, leaning in to ask what's going on, Akko immediately explaining the situation, keeping a close eye on Daryl as she talked with some business man and woman at a round table.

It was uneventful for a moment before gunshots were heard all around, the guests screaming and yelling out in confusion, as people started to get up and run towards the exit, that started to get blocked by so many bodies.

"Ms. Cavendish, follow us!" Jamie instructed, beckoning the wide eyed woman, who now had her wand drawn out.

"What is happening?!" Daryl demanded as she finally got closer to them.

"We think someone is trying to set fire to the building," Akko responded back, as they surrounded the woman in a circle formation, slowly making their way towards the kitchen doors, moving past frantic people still trying to escape from the nearing gunshots and shouts.

"Damn it, all the exits are blocked," Jamie cursed, looking around at the madness that surrounded them in all corners.

But it seemed that luck was only worsening as one of the gunmen came out, completely dressed in black, a silencer in hand pointed directly at them.
