When Akko came out of her shower, she was immediately on edge at the sight of a piece of paper on her bed, not sure what to expect, she hesitantly opened the letter, sagging slightly, as she kinda hoped that it was from Daryl, but unfortunately it was from Josie who wanted to come out back to do some training.

"Of course after I decided to take a shower," Akko grumbled, but she quickly changed into workout clothes and headed for what was hopefully the backyard.

But it seems fate always wanted to shit on her, as spent at least 20 minutes lost, trying to navigate her way towards somewhere familiar at this point.

"Akko!" a voice boomed throughout the hall, causing her to squeak in surprise.

Josie came striding towards her, emotionless as usual, like she was a robot.

"There you are, almost made me think you fell asleep already," Josie said calmly.

"Yea sorry, I ended up getting lost..." she said sheepishly, darting her eyes everywhere else but her commander.

"Well then, we'll have to work on your senses, demons have heightened senses that rival any living being on earth, now follow me," Josie said, turning around sharply, striding forward, leaving Akko to catch up to her.

"Um..so what will you be teaching me?" Akko asked cautiously, hoping the training won't take hours.

"To teach how to use your new senses, I don't need my men to die, if you can learn this, you're pretty much ready for anything," She explained, finally leading them to a big open yard.

And before Akko knew what was happening, she was on her back, gasping for breath, her back now aching, as Josie ordered her to get back up.

It's already been two days and Akko was extremely bored out of her mind, clearly expecting something action and lots of gore, but here she was, standing guard at one of assigned locations, trying to find anything to catch her attention.

But she was glad for her training with Josie, because not long after, she noticed the familiar scent approaching her way.
"Yo Akko, your shift is over," Art grunted, shooing Akko away from the post, which she was extremely grateful for, wanting to do something other than stand around in one spot for hours.

As she made it inside, Josie called her over where a couple of our guys were.

"We're going to be following Ms. Cavendish to a town called Widowburg, a few hours from here," Josie said.

"For how long?" A guy with dyed neon hair asked her.

"Four days top, hopefully less considering the manner of business she's dealing with, so you five go and pack up anything that you need, we'll be leaving tomorrow at 8am," she replied, walking off whatever she usually goes off too.

Truthfully Akko was more excited than anxious about this side mission, not bothering to question what Daryl is even doing, knowing that she'll most definitely won't be getting answers soon, so she as well went off to her room on private room to pack anything she needed for the next four days in Widowburg.
