Demetri and Felix were confused when they returned the next day. There was the strong smell of a human in the air and even though they just hunted it still made them hungry.

"Hey Demetri." Emmett smiled to Demetri while the latter scowled. It was obvious he knew something Demetri didn't. It annoyed both Demetri and Felix. "What do you know?" Shrugging in response, Emmett smiled to them. "Nothing! Nothing at all!

Angie groaned as Alice woke her up. "What the heck happened to your shoulder?" Looking over to her bruised shoulder as she sat up, Angie shrugged. "I wish it was something cool but I just crashed into a ditch the other night." Alice nodded before pulling Angie out of the guest bed. "Get dressed so we can head downstairs!"

"You said that like I was gonna go downstairs, to your family that already doesn't like me, in a bra and shorts." Shrugging in response, Alice left the room.

Sighing as she pulled her backpack off the floor, Angie started to pull her clothes out. Quickly getting dressed, Angie started to go to the stairs.

Something felt off. Angie stopped before she even stepped on a stair. "Alice?"

Looking up the stairs to Angie, Alice smiled. "Is someone holding something to throw at me-" "-OH FOR CHRISTS SAKE! HOW?" Demetri and Felix laughed slightly as Emmett threw the ball he was holding to the ground.

Smiling to herself, Angie practically ran down the stairs. "Guess I just have a sixth sense. Better luck next ti-" "-What happened to your shoulder?" Rolling her eyes at Emmett, Angie walked past Felix and Demetri into the living room.

Immediately Demetri's eyes landed on the girl. Felix looked over to Demetri, smirking as he saw him staring at the girl.

Turning around, Angie glared slightly at Demetri as he stared at her. "So who's jock 1 and 2?" Demetri laughed slightly as he turned to Felix. "Wait- before you answer."

Emmett walked over to Angie, putting his hand on her shoulder, causing Demetri to growl slightly. "Which one is Jock 2?" Angie titled her head as she stared at Felix and Demetri. "Hmm... Him." Angie pointed at Demetri, causing Felix to laugh.

Slapping Demetri on the back, Felix gave him a smile. "Here that? Im jock 1-" "-Excuse the idiot beside me. I'm Demetri, this is Felix." Demetri shot Felix a smile as he glared.

Angie nodded as she practically jumped onto the couch. "I'm Angela!" Angie smiled to Demetri slightly as he sat down near her. "So what did happen to your shoulder?"

Not that he would openly admit it but Demetri was incredibly worried. "Some dick made me crash into a ditch on my scooter the other night. Dislocated my shoulder but the cut on my leg was worse." Slowly, almost like he was barely moving, Demetri turned to glare at Felix. Felix laughed nervously in response.

"Wait you dislocated your shoulder? Shouldn't your arm be in a uh thingy or something?" Angie nodded to Emmett as she pulled out her phone. "Eh I've had worse." Everyone stared at her for a moment before Emmett took a deep breath. "What the fuck does that mean?"

"I mean- the pain of failure I would have if I let you land a shot on me would be more painful than a dislocation." Groaning in annoyance, Emmett tried to ignore Demetri's glare. "It's not normal! You catch or dodge everything! It's like you're predicting what I'm doing!"

Angie tilted her head slightly and pretended to think about it. "That's like a superpower. While it would be totally cool, I don't think that exists. Next thing you'll say is that Alice can see the future!" Angie didn't pay attention to how everyone in the room turned to stare at Alice.

Holding her hands up in defense, Alice was slightly afraid of the glare she was receiving from Felix and Demetri.

Of course, Angie was lying. She knew "superpowers" could very well exist. Though guessing Alice's gift was just luck. Right?
