Sadi Williams' POV
***
"Hey! That was my fry!" I cried as Aiden stole a fry from my tray.
He smiled cheekily at me before stealing another.
I glared at him playfully before taking a sip of my iced tea.
After our argument, Aiden suggested we try and act like a normal couple on a date. Of course, I immediately objected to this idea but realized Aiden was trying, so I might as well too.
For the past three hours I had a really fun time.
Now, we were in the food court eating and he would not stop eating all my damn fries!
"Where do you want to go to next?" He asked.
I shrugged. "I'm kinda tired, actually. Can we go home?"
"Are you sure you're not just saying that because you don't want to spend time with me?" Aiden asked suspiciously.
I shook my head and reached for his hand across the table. "No, I swear. I'm just tired from the lack of sleep from last night."
Aiden nodded and got up to throw the trash out. I yawned as I stood from my chair.
Aiden wrapped an arm around my waist as soon as he returned. All day he had held my hand or was touching or holding me in some way. I can't say I didn't like it, because I did. A little too much.
I picked up some of the bags. I didn't get too much. Aiden and I fooled around for the most part. It was nice to see this part of him.
As soon as we got to the car, I collapsed in the front seat.
"Are you okay?" I heard Aiden ask me.
"Mhm." I mumbled sleepily.
Aiden laughed quietly before driving off.

"Sadi, wake up. Come on, beautiful." Aiden whispered.
I slowly opened my eyes to find myself outside the pack house. What were we doing here?
"You don't mind that we're here, do you? I just need to take care of something and I can take you back to your apartment." He explained.
"It's okay, I don't mind." I said, still tired from sleep. The drive couldn't have been more than 15 minutes long, but it felt like an hour.
Aiden smiled gratefully at me before taking my hand and leading me to the house. I was greeted with several members of the pack, pleasantly surprised to see me. I was shocked. I would've thought they didn't like me as I had walked out on them last time. I cringed as I thought of the memory but greeted them with a warm smile.
Aiden carried me up the stairs, much to my protest. He claimed the elevator would be crowded at this time. I rolled my eyes.
"Seriously, you're not tired?" I persisted.
Aiden smirked, "I can handle a couple of stairs, babe."
I blushed at that.
Babe.
For some reason, being called any pet name by Aiden warmed my body up so much. I always hated pet names too. Ironic, I guess.
"Well fine, then. I guess I'll have you carry me up the stairs more often since you like the extra work." I said, trying to cool off Aiden's comment.
"Anything if I get to be with you."
I groaned, "You really know how to be cliché."
Aiden winked. "It's my speciality."
