it was around two in the morning and kenma couldn't sleep. he drank a shit ton of warm milk but that didn't work. even listened to those sleepy playlists and didn't work either.
maybe the reason why he couldn't sleep either was because of the many thoughts dwindling throughout his mind.
it's been four months and kenma has come to the conclusion and fully accepted the fact that he was falling for mia.
he'd been starting to have feelings but he completely brushed it under the rug him thinking that she wouldn't see him in anyway and more of a friend.
his friends wouldn't stop telling him more like teasing him over the fact he had a crush on mia despite him denying the accusation.
now he stared at his phone for the past five minutes as he may or may not confessed his feelings since he doesn't have the guts to say in person.
was the confession that bad he thought to himself slowly freaking out. he didn't send a long paragraph declaring his feelings but a rather short one and him staring at the message box for the past hour wasn't helping.
just as he was about to turn off his phone and wallow in his self embarrassment but hey atleast he confessed and didn't keep it in unlike some people his phone dinged.

kenma's eyes widened face growing on as red dusted upon his cheeks. he turned off his phone and took a deep breath.
he reread the text and still couldn't believe it. she likes him back like actually likes him back.
his phone buzzed once again him quickly opening it.

kenma raised an eyebrow walking to his window opening the window revealing mia who smiled at him "when did you get here."
mia shrugged "couple minutes ago plus climbing up wasn't that hard but I did come for this" she pulls him by the shirt kissing him on the lips.
mia pulls away a small smirk forming on her lips as she watched him turn even a darker shade of red "do you know how long i've been wanting to do that."
kenma brain freezes for a moment trying to process what just happened "um....uh...woah."
mia smiled ruffling his hair walking further into his room "you're such a cutie when you're flustered."
"wanna kiss some more" mia teases laughing at his flustered expression growing even worse "i'm just playing...unless."
