Alejandro's POV:It has been almost five months since I last saw her.
Since I last held her in my arms. I'm such a failure. I shouldn't have just let her go like that.
But I knew this was part of her plan. We talked about this the night after the fear simulator happened.
We had to prepare for the worst, but it was barely enough for what went down.
I would have mató a todos Finn if I Heather didn't warn me earlier.
I've been in my office for the past thirty hours, trying to figure out what this note Finn gave me months ago means but I still can't figure it out.
I forgot how dark and cold my office was as I slam the doors open and strut inside, sliding things off of my desk and login to my computer.
"Alejandro, you stupid idiot! How could you just let her go like that?" Cody yells at me from across the room as him and the others walk in.
"Shut it pip-squeak, you weren't there so you don't get a say in what he should or shouldn't have done!" Courtney slams her hands on the large table away from my desk.
"Yeah but he could've done something instead of just passing her to the enemy!"
I pinch the bridge of my nose and take in a deep breath.
"Okay, calm down! Fighting like this won't bring her back!" Gwen says getting in between her two friends.
He doesn't understand, none of them do. We had a game plan and everything for this type of situation, I just didn't think it would actually happen.
"I was right, you don't deserve her. Now I know you won't do anyt-"
"It was part of the fucking plan!" I roar at Cody.
Silence filled the room as everyone eyed me suspiciously.
Guess the cat is coming out of the bag now.
I rub my face as I slump down on my chair.
"After everything that happened during the fear challenge, Heather told me that the possibility of it happening was big so we prepared for it."
I swallow the lump in my throat before continuing. "She told me to not stop her if her parents came and tried to bring her back."
"She's more scared of losing us then losing her freedom." I close my eyes and lean back on my chair.
Why does even Heather care for these people? They were fine allies during the show but I don't get how she still keeps in touch with a few of them.
"That is why I didn't do anything. I trust her to make the right call, even if I think it was the wrong one."
I didn't look up, but I could tell they didn't expect that from me.
Why should they? They barely know me or the depth of my relationship with Heather.
"She knew this was going to happen?" Bridgette whispers as she sits down on the couch by the window.
"She didn't want to tell me what happened before she came here, but she said she had a gut feeling her parents were going to pull something." I exhale and run my fingers through my hair.
"Unfortunately for us, Finn was a total surprise. Ese bastardo."
"Ok so what do we do? You said you had a plan right?" Zoey chimes in from behind Courtney.
