He dropped me off at my shitty apartment, told me to get ready to meet new people. I wasn't exactly sure what he meant but I was just glad I was back.It was also blatantly obvious this place had been deeply searched.
There was a new phone on the counter, walking over I picked it up there was a note on the back of it that with 6 digits, to what I assume is the passcode.
I unlocked the phone, it was seemingly new. No old contacts besides his and numbers I didn't quite recognize.
The phone had nothing else. I set the phone down and walked around my apartment. I didn't realize how much I missed this shithole.
I picked up a few articles of clothing on the floor along the way, it had been approximately 6 days since I had been taken.
I stalked my way to my room, my very messy untouched room. Usually, I'd avoid going here at all costs but today I was the happiest to be back in this room.
My clothes were everywhere, boxes were open and my drawers had been left cluttered and searched. I groaned in frustration as I began cleaning things up.

I slipped on a pair of jeans and a forest green crewneck as I loaded my washer. I can't remember the last time I actually did laundry myself. Not that I didn't do laundry it's just been a while.
I finally finished cleaning the rest of my apartment 4 hours later, Matteo hasn't slammed open my door yet so I suppose I'm okay for now.
I opened my fridge rummaging through it, everything was either expired or plain ingredients. I was going to starve.
Turning around I opened another drawer where I usually left my wallet, I spotted a 20, I suppose I'd use this to go buy a few quick meals to get me through till I went to go beg for my job back.
Just as I closed the door my apartment door was opened, roughly. There walked in Matteo and a few other guys.
All tatted and intimidating.
"I like what you've done to the place" Matteo smirked,
"You mean cleaned it up after you messed it all up that is?" I asked raising an eyebrow.
"Sure," He replied as he sat down on my couch.
"This is Lucian Castrovick and Anthony Morelli" Matto introduced, the bulky guy with more tattoos stepped up as Lucian and the more fit normal but intimidating guy stepped up as Anthony.
"You'll be seeing them more frequently, Anthony runs his numbers on the guys you'll be laundering with as well as my right-hand man, and Lucian will make sure nothing goes wrong, and if anything does he'll be there to deliver protection" Matteo explained.
Lucian was rather quiet, he didn't look like he spoke much, his aura gave more of bodyguard type of guy not too talkative.
"Pleasure to meet you...Leena?" Anthony said holding his hand out for me to shake. I eyed him before shaking it.
"Yes, I wish I could say the same" I mumbled he chuckled in response.
Everyone soon circled around the counter as Anthony pulled out a file with a few pictures and descriptions spreading them on the counter.
"Meet Frank Sphinge" Anthony began as he pointed to the first image, he was middle-aged, beer belly, had a small stubble he was wearing pretty expensive clothes from what I could tell.
"56 around 5'8 and a half, he's your first guy. He's relatively touchy and can get a little handsy at times but he knows what'll happen if he goes too far. He's our best launderer, per se. He's the owner of a sofa brand- launders money like that. All you have to do is get him the dirty money without anyone suspecting anything. You'll meet him at Monśe Club. Your best bet is to get him alone" Anthony explained.
