Greg yanked on Wirt's trousers as Wirt was focusing on some conspiracy theory.
''What is it Greg? I'm kinda busy here-'' Wirt turned around to see no Greg, but a huge puzzle box which he'd already completed the puzzle inside of a long time ago.
The only thing not covered by the box was Greg's teapot. Why was he still wearing it on his head..?
''Can we make a puzzle for Jason Funderburger Wirt?'' Greg's face couldn't be seen but Wirt knew he was performing a pleading face.

Wirt took the box from Greg and pointed at the front of it. ''This one consists of one-thousand pieces so we should do one that's less complicated for a start okay?'' He put the box under his shoulder and took Greg's hand with his other arm. ''Lets go to the attic to get a simpler one.'' Greg nodded, happy that he could do something with his brother for a change since he was usually busy.

As they got to the second pair of stairs to go to the attic Wirt stopped Greg from walking. ''These stairs are very steep, I'll carry you up there so you won't fall, that way mom won't get mad at me when she comes home-'' He expected Greg to refuse but he looked very excited. ''Oki-doki!'' Greg tried to hop on Wirts back causing him to almost fall, luckily Wirt grabbed him just in time and put Greg on his back.
Wirt slowly walked up the stairs as he checked every once in a while if Greg was doing okay, Greg kept responding with a thumbs up.

When they reached the attic Wirt lowered Greg so he could jump off, after a while he still hadn't got off Wirt's back. ''Don't you wanna walk by yourself?'' Wirt asked him politely as he put the huge puzzle box back into place. ''Nuh-uh! This is fun! hehehe.'' Greg said as he put both his hands up causing Wirt to panic for a second. ''Alright.. you're going to cause me back problems some day Greg.. pftt.''

''Now where are those apropriet puzzles you were talking about Wirty-Wirt?'' Wirt turned his head to Greg while walking on the dusty floorboards. ''I think the word you're looking for is appropriate.'' Wirt turned his head back only to jump up about seeing an old halloween decoration and letting out a small girly scream in the act. Greg laughed and proceeded to sneeze right in the middle of it. ''Dusty, crusty attic!'' Wirt let out a snicker before laying his eyes on the perfect ''practise puzzle'' as he would like to call it. ''How about this one?'' He took the puzzle off of the shelf and showed the front to Greg. The puzzle was a picture of a valley with a pond in the middle of it. ''There must be frogs in there!'' Greg exclaimed as he pointed to the pond. ''It's perfect for Jason Funderburger!'' Wirt grinned and took the box before they made their way back to the stairs.

When they got back downstairs Wirt put the puzzle box on the table as Greg sat down in excitement. He opened the box only for his excitement to fade away just as quick as it had appeared. ''What's wrong?'' Wirt said worriedly as he took the box from Greg in the hope to fix whatever was wrong. ''Ah mann, It's broken!'' Surprise formed on Wirt's face followed by a small snicker. ''It's not broken, were supposed to put the pieces together for it to make a pretty picture.'' ''Ohhhh... Already!'' Greg started to connect the pieces in all ways but right. Wirt face palmed internally but couldn't help but smile a little. He sat next to Greg and grabbed a corner piece of the many pieces. ''You've got to connect these pieces first, it's very easy since we know these are the corners.'' He took another piece and connected it to the corner piece.

Greg was amazed and immediately started to connect the outer frame of the puzzle. ''Good job Greg!'' Wirt raised his pointer finger ''Now it's all about patience, you have to-'' ''-TADAA!!'' Greg proudly showed Wirt the puzzle, it was finished already! ''Wow-..that's-..'' Wirt was looking for words. ''Did I not do it right?'' Greg's smile dropped. ''NO- No! It's marvelous Greg! You put it together really quick!'' Greg snickered knowing he had used the answer sheet but he didn't want to ruin this for Wirt so he shut his mouth.

''Well, let's-'' The doorbell rang. ''Could you get it for me Greg? I have to clean this up real quick.'' Greg shoved the chair into place. ''Get what?'' ''The door Greg.'' ''Ah.'' Greg ran to the door and opened it only to see Sara standing there with a basket. ''Hey Greg! Is your brother home?'' She smiled and held the basket tighter. Greg placed his hand by his mouth. ''WIIIRT! Sara is here!'' They heard something fall, probably the puzzle box, then a few stumbles before Wirt finally walked to the door. ''Hey Wirt! Can I come inside? I have something for you.'' Sara handed Wirt the basket but he didnt take it for another five seconds. ''T-Thank you- wow uhm..'' He stumbled over his words and eventually just didn't say anything as a small blush formed on his face. He took the basket and made a gesture to come inside. Greg smiled and tugged on Wirts pants as they walked to the table. ''Greg shh! Oh by the way.. is my hair okay? D-do I look okay?'' Greg nodded. ''You look like a ten out of ten Wirt!'' Sara looked back at Greg then Wirt who could only look at the ground embarrassed. She laughed as she sat down, Greg and Wirt followed her actions.

Greg looked at the gift basket, Wirt noticed his curious looks and figured that he should open it. ''C-Can I open-..?'' Sara nodded, smiling lightly. Wirt took a tiny box out of the basket and unwrapped it, careful to not break the wrapping paper. He opened the box and took out a small tape. ''So you won't have to record over an already full tape next time.'' Wirt blushed and glanced away. ''Thank you.. S-Sara!'' Greg looked at the two, he knew that Wirt had a crush on Sara so he proposed an idea. ''Can we draw pretty pictures? That way Wirt can draw Sara and-'' Wirt jumped up and put his hand over Greg's mouth who snickered. Sara blushed a little and agreed to the idea. ''I-I-I'll get some paper and uh- p-pencils?- yeah..'' He stuttered and got off his chair quickly. ''Wait Wirt!!'' Wirt turned around to see Greg putting down pencils in a jar and Sara taking out her sketchbook to give everyone a paper to draw on. He quickly sat down again and took a paper from Sara, touching her hand accidentally in the proces. He held the paper in front of his face as if he was reading a book to make sure Sara didn't see his reaction to the touch.

''What are you guys going to draw?'' Greg jumpingly asked as he was already starting on his drawing, it seemed to have a lot of color. ''I think I'm going to draw flowers.'' Sara said as she glanced over at Wirts blank paper. ''And what about you Wirt? Any ideas?'' She smirked as she grabbed a pencil. Wirt was desperately trying to think of what to draw, he needed to impress Sara with whatever he was going to draw. ''Uhm I-I don't really know yet..'' He almost whispered while staring at his paper. ''Maybe you can draw me!'' Sara exclaimed. Greg almost jumped out of his chair. ''That's a great idea! I've seen you draw Sara before Wirt!'' Wirt's face got hotter by the second. ''I-It's not true!-'' He quickly grabbed a pencil and started drawing so he wouldn't have to witness Sara's reaction.

After a little while Greg was done drawing. ''Look! I drew you guys!'' Wirt immediately looked down at his paper again but Sara was very intrigued.
"This is Wirt, he's playing clarinet.'' He pointed to a cute little drawing with a red pointy hat like wirts. ''And this is you Sara! Wirt is playing you a song!'' Greg had even drawn a little heart between the two little figures. Sara complimented him as he got down from the table to play with his frog. ''Greg!-'' Wirt whispered as the little boy went outside. He got left alone with Sara.. Oh god.

''Look Wirt! Which one is your favourite?'' Sara showed Wirt all the pretty flowers she'd drawn, they were very realistic and had many colors. Sara was very talented in art. Wirt pointed to a dark blue flower. ''I really uhm.. like this one, I-It's marine.. marine blue I-I think..?-'' Every time he spoke to Sara something embarrassing came out of his mouth.

''It's called a Clematis, I have them in my garden!'' Sara said happily. ''I agree, the color is very pretty, but enough about that, how is your drawing coming along?'' Before Wirt could say anything she already stood behind him, analyzing the drawing which was supposed to be her. ''I-It's not finished!- u-uhm I don't really- I mean-'' She chuckled and grabbed his hand. Wirt had to do everything to not let out a squeak. Sara moved her hand along with his, the pencil still in it. She was helping him complete the last few lines. Wirt's face was steaming at this point, he was afraid to say anything and he didn't think he could even get anything out of his mouth in the moment.

The drawings were finished and Sara was going home. ''Bye miss Sara!'' Greg waved even though she hadn't started walking yet. ''Don't call her miss Greg.'' Wirt exclaimed as he put his pointer finger up. ''Oh uh- by the way S-Sara.. uhm..actually-'' Wirt stuttered, he got interrupted by Gregory who gave Sara something, it was Wirt's drawing. ''Wirt wanted to give you this! Maybe you can stop by again to view his other drawings of you!'' Wirt turned red. ''GReG!-'' He let out a small voice crack. Sara grinned. ''Well I'll see you two later! Especially you Wirt!'' She gave Wirt a small kiss on the cheek and winked at him. ''I'll be expecting you to come to my garden after school!'' Wirt had a lot of trouble processing what just happened and the only thing he could do was nod in silence as Sara walked off. ''Did you- DID YOU SeE THAT GREG?? SHE- SHe-...'' Greg closed the door and looked up at his older brother. ''You should kiss her Wirt!'' He encouraged him. ''ON THE MOUTH?! NO- Nuh-uh n-not in a million years!- ''
