Kim Jaeun's POV
School was the same. I still have no friends, and I possibly can't talk to this new girl Jora. She's not my style of a friend. She's too quiet and too much of a 'Busan's Princess', she kept boasting that she was rich and was treated as a princess in Busan. But sorry dear, you're in Seoul.
Even though she looked shy and quiet, I knew what she was thinking. Probably she was thinking that she could rule this whole classroom, but no. I've experienced horrifying situations with these people and I even saw a teacher cry because of them! You're thinking wrong Jora.
Today, I was oddly smiling a lot. Although no one would be friends with me and I'm usually quiet all the time, I was smiling. I was seated at the front so probably no one will see me smiling except the teacher. I still can't get over the fact that Shin Ah isn't in this classroom. Aigoo..
Still the same drill. The teachers were still getting to know us and we were still getting to know the teacher. We shared all our experiences, and our likes and dislikes so that the teacher can get control of us. Sir Ro Min doesn't like noisy students and he's strict when it comes to his subject, aye.
Sir Ro Min actually has a wife, and a son! How old is he? I absolutely hate old teachers, I hate it when their hands shake when writing something on the board, I hate it how they can't stand up for their selves. But Sir Ro Min's attitude doesn't connect to a senior citizen or his physical attributes.

It was now time for break and the adviser said that we can't ever stay inside the classroom or go inside the classroom when it's still break time. Like I will, I need to eat woman! Sadly, no one to eat with. Maybe I'll eat somewhere where people can't see me... the comfort room. Heck no.
Getting out of the classroom and turning to the other way, I heard my name being called. That's rare, I never hear my name being called. Am I dreaming? What's happening? I turned to my back and saw a group of girls.
"Jaeun-ah! Won't you eat with us?" From what I recall, this girl's name is Mikyung. She and I were friends on the 4th Grade, but it didn't work out because on the next grade, we didn't become friends anymore. She is a bit smaller than me, but I guess we're 5 feet.
I slowly smiled, realizing that I finally have friends to eat with. I ran up to them and we started going down the ramp, the group consisted of Eiseo, Mikyung and... Aeri? Am I right? That's Aeri. They were sliding down the ramp and I could feel someone threading their arm over mine.
I turned to my right and saw Mikyung with a sweet smile, I turned confused. Her doing is nostalgic. I remember my best friend days with her when we were in 4th Grade... it was just like this. We were always together, it seemed like we were inseparable. Now that we're older, it seemed like nothing changed at all. Aish, so nostalgic.
"Hallo~" She said as we went out of Pyeonghwa building and now in the hallway. There are 3 buildings actually; Pyeonghwa building is for the highschoolers, Yong-gam building is for grade schoolers, and Jiseong building is for kindergarten. Pyeonghwa meaning Peace, Yong-gam meaning Bravery, and Jiseong meaning Intelligence.
"Will you guys buy something in the canteen?" Eiseo asked, as we reached the lobby. Mikyung's arm left my arm and she started to get something in a blue bag. Must be her food. That reminds me, I also have a bag that has food in it. I went to it in a cubby hole and started to get some food.
"Can I have this?" The cookies and cream Peppero box suddenly vanished from my bag and I looked up, Mikyung had it in her hand. I nodded and smiled then got myself a vanilla Pocky box. I opened the box and started getting a stick. I looove Pocky!~
"Let's go, we're going to buy something in the canteen." Eiseo and Aeri chorused then laughed at their childishness, we walked to the canteen. Aeri neared me and lend out her hand.
"Can I have some?" She asked as I pointed the box to her, she then got a stick and ate it. "Kamsaa~" She thanked and I responded with a hum. Awkward. Aeri and I never have been close friends before, not like Mikyung and Eiseo. Maybe it'll take time for me to get used by her presence around.
As we arrived at the canteen, stacks of students were walking around and buying what they wanted. Some students even had some ketchup on their uniforms! Wow, it's still the opening of school man and you've ruined your uniform. We stopped in a place where we can see everything and it looks like a jungle actually.
"Oh nevermind, there's too many people anyway." Eiseo said and started to leave but I grabbed her wrist.
"What do you want to buy? I'll buy it for you." I said and looked at her with a pleading look, hoping that she'll accept my offer.
"Nah, it's okay Jae-yah. I wasn't hungry anyway." Bad liar Ei, I know you. I let go of her wrist and we started to move to the canteen. Aeri wasn't satisfied with the canteen and didn't buy any food either. Mikyung and I looked at each other and shrugged. We went upstairs again.

Author's POV
"Yah! Let's stay here!"
"Aniya! We're going to be late!"
"I'm genie for you boy~"
"Oh come on Ei-ssi! The time's still long."
"Yo Jae-ssi! Sit here!"
The four girls were doing kinds of various stuff to kill the left time of their break time. Eiseo was itching to go to the classroom, Aeri was trying to stop Eiseo from trying to get away, Mikyung and Jaeun were sitting by two steps of stairs. There is one part in the 3rd floor where there is a small space with two steps of stairs and a door.
"Why don't you guys sit here and stop worrying about the time? Seriously Ei, there's thirty minutes left." Mikyung said and tapped the space beside her. Aeri puffed her cheeks and Eiseo pouted, both of them still sat on the stairs.
They sat in silence, the only thing could be heard was the noise of the students coming up by the ramp. The spot where they were sitting, the ramp is beside it but there's a small wall covering the spot. It was still a good spot to just hang out anyway.
This spot was originally from Eiseo and Jaeun. This was the spot with their two other best friends and Shin Ah.
Jaeun's POV
The atmosphere here is actually pretty awkward. No one was talking, are these people really my friends?
