Part 3

Grandma:"I want you to spend this 6 days with Y/n so that you guys will get to know each other.."

Jimin:"What?!"

Grandma:"Yes..."

Jimin:"Grandma! I'm busy! Do you think the company doesn’t need me? That I'll just chill and the company will run on It's own?! Moreover She's a stranger to me! How will I feel spending whole 6 days with a stranger!"

Grandma:"Well You're getting married to that stranger... If you can marry her then I don’t see any problem in spending time. Moreover It'll be for your own good. Atleast you won’t feel like a stranger after marrying", she said in a chill tone knowing She's right.

Jimin kept quite as his grandma has a point. He took a deep breath to calm his nerves and said,"Okay.... Whatever you say"

He went to his room straight. His grandma smiled evily being proud of herself.

Next day-

Jimin entered the particular cafe where he was supposed to meet Y/n. Today they decided to do something simple. So here they are. Y/n was already waiting for him.

Y/n:"Jimin-shi! Here!", she said waving her hand alittle.

Jimin looked over at her and stared at her for sometimes. But later shook his head and headed to the table and sat down infront of her.

Y/n smiled warmly and said,"I'm really sorry Jimin shi. I know Grandma have forced you to do all this"

Jimin:"Call me Jimin. And It's alright"

Y/n:"Okay", she said and smiled.

Jimin stared at her as he felt like he has seen her like this alot of times. But Where and when?

Y/n:"Well you wanna eat something?", she said taking him put of his thoughts.

Jimin:"Ahh I don't know. You want?"

Y/n:"Let's eat some cake?"

Jimin:"Sure...."

He signed a waiter to come.

Jimin:"Which flavour do you want?"

Y/n:"Chocolate!", she said cheerfully.

Jimin was abit shocked. But decided to hide it thinking It's pretty normal.

Y/n:"Oh well...we'll have one chocolate cake and one blueberry cake"

The waiter bowed and went away. Jimin frowned his eyes.

Jimin:"How do you know that I like cake with blue berry?"

Y/n:"I know...", she said and smiled sadly.

Jimin sighed. They stayed quite,none of them spoke anything. Y/n was looking outside with one thing is roaming on her mind, and that is 'He doesn’t remember you Y/n'.

And Jimin was sitting there awkwardly don’t know what to do but one question was playing on his brain that does they know each other? He decided to ask.

Jimin:"Y/n..."

Y/n:"Yes?"

Jimin:"Do we know each other? I mean before grandma met us, have we met?"

Y/n smiled sadly again. She was about to answer but the waiter arrived with their cakes. They began to eat not saying anything again. After finishing Jimin looked up at her and said,"Well It's time for me to go. I need to go to the company"

Y/n:"Oh It's fine. Thanks for your time here"

Jimin:"Text me where you wanna go tomorrow"

Y/n:"Sure.", she said and gave a sweet smile.

Jimin also gave a small smile which lasted for a second and turned around to leave.

Next day-

Today they decided to meet at the park. Y/n is waiting for Jimin again as he's late.

But Y/n was kinda annoyed as She's waiting for him almost 1 and half hour already. But just then Jimin arrived there. Y/n looked at him somewhat mad and said,"You really didn’t change. Late as always!"

Jimin frowned on her words as she was talking like she's his closest friend. But this sentence of her also shocked him kinda. But he controlled his emotions and said,"I'm sorry Y/n. I just had a meeting but couldn’t inform you"

Y/n:"It's fine"

They began to walk keeping alittle distance. But it was awkward. But they both didn’t know what to say actually as the circumstances going on in their life isn’t really pleasant.

Y/n looked down for a moment and decided to enjoy herself other than expecting him to do something. She looked around and saw the environment. Cool breeze was blowing, the sky was abit cloudy, children were playing here and there, green leaves of trees were also waving in the rhythm of the wind. She smiled looking at her surroundings admiring them. But Jimin was admiring her. He was continuously staring at her feeling amused. She was genuinely beautiful but being genuine to her surroundings was making her look more beautiful. Jimin was staring at her side profile as they walked.

Y/n:"Want to go the bridge?", she said snapping him out.

Jimin:"Huh?"

Y/n:"Look over the lake."

Jimin looked there and saw a bridge and understood what she was asking about.

Jimin:"Yeah sure"

They both went there and stood on the middle of the bridge facing the lake and keeping there hands on railing. Y/n went back to admiring the nature and Jimin looked over at her again admiring her. His heart skiped abit while looking at her. Her hair was blowing, eyes were closed and calm, her pink lips curved into a smile. But suddenly she opened her eyes and looked at him catching him off guard.

Jimin looked away immediately being alittle embarrassed. But Y/n laughed alittle as she knew he was staring at her.

Y/n:"Am I beautiful Mr.Park?"

Jimin:"Uhh..umm"

He couldn’t say anything out of embarrassment and smiled shyly.

Y/n:"You still didn’t answer", she said while wiggling eyebrows.

Jimin was about to say something but it started raining saving him. He immediately started walking out of the bridge under some tree but stopped as he felt he was alone. He looked back and saw Y/n still standing there while looking up getting drenched. Jimin Quickly went to her and held her hand.

Jimin:"Y/n Let's go. You'll get drench!"

Y/n:"I want to drench"

Jimin:"What? Fine stay here"

Jimin was about to walk away but Y/n held his hand this time.

Y/n:"Can you stay here with me? Please?"
