ADELAIDE POV
We were landing on the landing pad to the Avengers facility. The new one that Tony bought.
I was looking out of the window and I felt someone standing behind me. I turned and saw that it was Pietro.
"Can I help you?" I asked him.
"You know, you could be a little nicer to me, I almost died." He said while smirking.
I smirked right back before replying.
"What? You weren't fast enough?" I said.
The smirk fell off his face before it came back.
"Oh, I am fast alright." He said before taking a closer step to me. "Do you want to find out how fast I can go принцезо?" (Princess)
I kept my composure but secretly I was also blushing but before I could say anything we heard someone clear their throat.
We both turned to see it was Clint and he was standing there with his arms crossed. He was staring intently at Pietro.
"We landed 5 minutes ago." He said. "Everyone left while you were staring into each other's eyes, again."
I looked around and sure enough, it was only us on the jet.
I noticed that both of the guys were still staring each other down before I interrupted.
"Right. Well, I'm going to go." I said before quickly rushing off of the jet and going to my room.
Before I could enter I saw Nat standing outside my room.
"Hey Nat." I said coming to a stop before her. She turned to me giving me her attention. "Did you need something?"
"Yes. I was going to tell you on the jet but you and the new guy just couldn't look away from each other. I thought you guys would never look away." She said smirking.
"Ugh." I groaned. "You too." I said. "There's nothing going on, he's just appreciative that I saved his life."
"Mhm." She said not sounding very convinced. "Very appreciative I'm sure."
I scowled at her and was about to reply before she cut me off.
"Anyways, I came for a reason. I was wondering if you were going to want to some with Bruce and me to Clint's. We were wanting to go and be there for Nathaniel's birth. And Bruce is going to help with the birth."
I looked at her surprised before replying. "Huh, Bruce delivering a baby, that's something you don't hear about every day." I said before looking at her and smirked. "You and Bruce huh?"
