The Visit

Seth and Felix had walked back to the Cullen residence in silence; Felix was itching to give the pack a piece of his mind after finding out what happened between Seth and them but Seth assured him that there's no point in doing whatever the ancient vampire had planned to do.

When they made it to the Cullen residence, they found everyone outside. Seth's eyes scanned the group until they landed on his soul-sister; she was standing beside Marcus, with their hands locked together. Allison let go of Marcus's hand once she spotted him and Felix and walked over to them.

"About earlier-" Seth didn't even get what he wanted to say out before Allison crushed him into a hug.

"If you apologize, you're becoming a Smurf," she said with a smile.

Seth smiled back before he pulled out of the hug. "So, we're good?"

"We're alive and I didn't get you killed, so yeah, we're good," she said. Her blue eyes studied him for a minute. "Are you good?"

"Yes."

Allison raised an eyebrow, then looked at Felix. "He good?"

"Yes," Felix said.

Allison gave a small nod, before going back to join her mate. Seth smiled, he may have lost his pack but he gained a whole lot more. The Volturi weren't as bad as some stories he hears about but they were crazy; and,the Cullen family had always been family to him. On top of that, he had his soul-siblings and his soul-parents... Carlisle and Esme always welcomed him with open arms. An eternity being stuck with them may sound a bit like a curse but he was excited to see what the future is going to play out for them. Seth was enjoying thinking about what the next hundred year or so would look like until Felix poked his arm, causing him to look at the larger male.

"What the hell is a Smurf?" Felix asked seriously.

For the first time since Seth woke up to an immortal life, he laughed.
