Last Day

I woke up at 5:15 am by my sister who was brushing her teeth. I rolled off the other side and landed face first to the floor. Some people in school might've noticed that I got a bruise on the head that was red.

I grabbed my towel from a towel rack and went to the bathroom. I stripped and went into the shower. My mother heated me water today so I didn't have to suffer coldness. While I was bathing I sang 'Love Me Like You Do' by Ellie Goulding and it's amazing! You should listen to it. Anyways, I finished then went downstairs to eat breakfast etc. You know, my usual routine.

At School

I was talking to my best friend, Raven Castillo. You might remember her from my earlier chapters.

I borrowed her otaku magazine and began reading. I didn't stope reading until we were in our classroom.

The exams started. First was Math II. Our chairs were back-to-back and opposite of my was Krio HearDo. She has luscious brown flowing hair and green eyes. She was very pretty if you asked me. On the other side of us were - wait for it! - Jon (my ex-crush) and Arnold Burton. You might be wondering why he's my ex-crush. It's because we got into this huge fight which I'm NOT going into detail about!

"Do you have an extra pen?" Ellie asked me. She was a petite, shy girl with curly red hair and dark brown eyes. She's one of my few friends.

I rummage through the mess that was my bag. Finally, my hand emerged with the found target, a pen.

I handed it to her and she muttered a 'Thanks' then leaned towards. My ear and whispered,"Pssh!" I couldn't hear her so I leaned in. I won't go into detail in this one too because I don't want to cause World War IV. In case your wondering World War III happened a month ago.

Anyway, our conversation consisted of shouting, hissing, scowling, frowning, and stammering.

Time Skip To Recess Time

"You're so unfair, Kate!" Raven shouted at me. I just dumped the news on her that I wasn't going to the Farewell Party. It's literally it's name.

I smiled nervously,"Sorry, Raven! I just don't want my day ruined! Besides, I've already told Sir Anthony that I'm not going," I reasoned.

Sweat dripped down my face as I looked at her pouting face. She was so adorable! And, no, I'm not a lesbian! I call everyone cute!

"Then I'll tell Sir Anthony that you changed your mind!" she said, determination obviously in her face.

I smirked sadly,"That'll just backfire on us. Besides," I shrugged,"I already asked my parents and they said yes."

Raven groaned and shouted,"But that's not fair!"

All I could say was that I was sorry.

Time Skip To Dismissal Time

I just asked Sir Anthony if I could go home. They were still doing a meeting about the Farewell Party. Besides the fact that I wasn't coming, it hurt me to say that that was going to be my last day as an official Simplicity Student. It almost brought me to tears.

I took a last glimpse at the classroom that shaped practically 35% of my life and I shut the door. I breathed in and out. It was something I did when I try to block out my tears. I went downstairs into the Humility Room to talk to my bus mate, Marge. She has a pointy nose and wears glasses and has blond hair and brown eyes. She looked a little strict. But trust me, she isn't.

I'm gonna go Tagalog here, okay?

"'Lika na Marge! Sasabay ka ba kay Mang Bong?" tanong ko sa kanya.

Shinake ni Marge yung ulo niya,"Hindi eh! Isusundo ako ni papa ngayon, eh!"

"Okay," sinabi ko. Tinamad na rin ako eh.

English.

I went down and went to my bus. I was the first one there. I decided to buy a donut to console me.

I went and bought a bavarian filled donut. I'm addicted to those. Later, I bought another one.

When I bought another one, Miguel Lawrence already arrived. We were on the same bus.

He was eating a hotdog with rice so I stole it from him. He tried to get it back, but of course, failed. I tried to get the spoon and fork from him and he held it up so that led to a very awkward position.

I relented and gave him back his food. Later, I punched his shoulder and he cried. So I asked him to punch my shoulder. He didn't. But we have another bus mate named Matte and he punched Miguel and when I told him to punch him back, he did. I heard Matte's bones crushing. But when it came to me, he didn't. I complained about gender equality and he just frowned in another direction.
