"Baby, I'm home!" Jimin called, hearing giggles ring through the apartment and grinning when he saw Taehyung round the corner, dressed in his favourite bear onsie.
"Papa!" He squealed, running to Jimin and jumping into his arms like he would every time Jimin would get home. The shorter male peppered Taehyung's face with gentle kisses, enjoying the pink tinge that overcame the younger's cheeks.
"Hey, you're stealing my cuddles." A lower voice interjected from behind them, and Taehyung laughed and blew a raspberry at Jungkook, before wriggling out of Jimin's arms to allow the youngest to press a kiss to Jimin's lips.
The three of them had been dating for about a month now, and every one of them would agree that they were the happiest they could be. A couple of days after they'd found Taehyung out in the dark, Jimin and Jungkook helped him to find a cheap hotel to stay in, and through frequent checkups and friendly visits, phone calls and grateful gifts, they quickly became friends. But it turned out that not only was Taehyung a lovely person, little Taehyung was equally as wonderful to get to know. Both Jimin and Jungkook had engaged in and researched about littlespace, and they'd grown to love Taehyung no matter what age he was feeling, even though it took Jungkook a little longer to get used to it than Jimin.
Naturally, they just fell in love with the twenty-two year old boy. He was pretty, youthful, very caring, handsome, and not to mention his incredible fashion sense. Taehyung had always insisted on giving back to them after they'd helped him out from his troubling situation, not knowing how he'd end up moving back in with them eventually. After discussing it with Jungkook, Jimin had confessed their feelings to the brunette, and to say that Taehyung was delighted would have been an understatement.
Both Jimin and Jungkook had very protective personalities, and Taetae was their baby, so basically they were equally as clingy as he was.
"Papa! Daddy an I baked you cookies!" Taehyung cheered, and Jimin's eyes went wide as he turned to Jungkook, quickly registering the sheepish look on the younger's face.
"Am I ready for the mess in the kitchen?" He immediately sighed knowingly, and Jungkook chuckled nervously and shrugged.
"We'll see..."
Taehyung bounced on his toes while Jimin walked into the kitchen, and the amount of places that flour reached was almost impressive.
"Wow-" was all he breathed out, raising an eyebrow at Jungkook who looked away and rubbed the back of his neck, completely missing how Taehyung ran over to the shelf to try and grab the small plate of cookies that he'd prepared for Jimin for when he got home.
Little Tae was a bit clumsy, let's say, so if the caregivers had noticed him trying to reach the plate and drag it off of the shelf, they would have been quick to stop him. But unfortunately they weren't looking, so when Taehyung slipped on some spilt flour and fell with the cookies following, they didn't realise until they heard the plate smash.
"Nooooo..." Taehyung immediately whined and let his arms slump on the floor where he was now sat, not noticing how both of his caregivers ran over to him in a hurry because he was too busy being upset about the cookies that were all over the floor.
"Tae! What on earth are you doing?!" Jimin scolded while Jungkook picked the boy up, sitting Taehyung on the counter so that he could check that he wasn't injured.
"Baby? Do you have any owchies?" Jungkook spoke in a softer tone the moment he saw Taehyung's bottom lip wobbling, his chocolate eyes filling with tears.
"T-Taetae wuined da cookies f-fow Papa." He sniffled sadly, definitely about to start crying, so Jungkook kissed his forehead and turned to Jimin for help.
The blonde male sighed, throwing the shards of plate in the bin and walking over to the two when he noticed Taehyung's upset.
"It's alright, pumpkin, it was an accident." He hummed, seeing as Taehyung looked up at him with sparkling eyes, but he was still frowning.
"You know what, now that Papa's here, why don't we all bake some more cookies together?" Jungkook suggested, and when the excited smile lit up Taehyung's face, how could Jimin possibly say no? He sighed, giving in to the younger boys.
