They finally arrived at Torch Fire Moutain. (Y/n) was in her room, not wanting to feel the heat from the volcano. She played with the flower, distracting herself from whatever is going on outside. She looked up from the flower and at the door. "I can hear you, if you are going to come in then just enter." She said, placing the flower behind her ear.
Jay sheepishly poked his head in, walking to the girl. "Hey, so, just wanted to make sure the venom wore off." He said, the girl staring at him suspiciously. "And it looks like its all gone so I'll be going--" "No, you can stay if you like." She said, criss-crossing her legs to make room on the bed.
He was a good distraction for her, he could make her feel better just like how he did back in that arcade. "I prefer you to stay." (Y/n) patted the bed, smiling at him. The blue ninja laughed nervously, sitting on the far side of the bed. "Did you really only come to check if I was still affected?" She questioned.
The ninja froze for a bit, the silence becoming awkward. "Um, well kinda, I.. I don't get you at all." He admitted, looking at her. "One minute you're against us, the next you tell us useful information, then you're against us again." She tilted her head. "Garmadon is like your master, I get that, but can you just choose a side already?"
She stared at him, Jay keeping his gaze to the floor. "I was never on your side." The blue ninja flinched, looking back at her with shock. "Information I have ever given you either didn't matter or benefitted both of us, why did you automatically think I would change sides?"
It was a temporary teamwork, she assumed they knew that. Lord Garmadon teamed with them, why didn't they question him about this. "Why not come to our side?" Her face dulled. "Oh? This conversation again?" He was doing the opposite of why she wanted him here for.
"Garmadon isn't even that good to you, he belittles you, when you had that panic attack he was the first to leave!" "Well, it's not as if I asked for his help." She shrugged, wanting a way to end the conversation. "It was embarrassing, I'm glad he didn't see it."
(Y/n) stood from the bed, Jay doing the same. "Lord Garmadon has a goal, and I am here to make sure he achieves it." She stated, grabbing the flower. "I believe in what he's doing, I never asked for you to understand but don't be so simple minded and think I would betray my lord just for you."
She's never once tried to convert them into thinking the way she thinks. Yes, she's given her veiws of things but wouldn't force her ideals on them. Why is he doing that with her, why does he make her feel like everything she knows or does is wrong. It's not wrong, Lord Garmadon is in the right, he has a vision, a good vision.
"We're on opposite sides, the only ally I have on your team is Nya." Her only friend. Jay let out a defeated sigh, not sure what else to tell her. "Do you know why I'm wearing the fire ninja's gi?" She suddenly questioned.
The bounty had shifted, slamming (Y/n) against the wall, Jay falling ontop of her. An alarm rang around the bounty, causing Jay to cringe from the loud noise.
"PYTHOR'S ONBOARD!"
The two looked at eachother for moment before Jay ran out to help. Though, it was a bit difficult since the bounty was tilted an awkward way, and Jay had to push himself off of (Y/n) without putting his whole body weight onto her.
