Once again, Sensei Wu's meditation was interrupted by the sound of the ninja yelling. He got up to check the room the ninja are usually in, to which in his surprise they were not.

He went into the training room, seeing all four ninja there, working on their skills.

Zane sat on the floor channeling his shurikens power. Jay was using his nunchucks to deflect the arrows being shot at him. Cole was using his scythe to beat on dummies. Lastly, Kai was practicing his spinjitzu.

All of a sudden Zane got up, grabbing Jay's nunchucks and deflecting the arrows. Then he jumped over to Cole, grabbing his Scythe and breaking the dummies. Lastly, he used his spinjitzu, freezing the floor below him and causing Kai to slip and fall.

"Ugh, this roof isn't big enough for all of us." Kai complained, getting  up from the floor. "Correction, this roof isn't big enough for Zane." Cole says.

Zane continues to train as Wu walks towards the ninja. "Sensei, Zane is weird." Kai told his Sensei. "What is weird, someone who is different, or someone different from you?" The Sensei asked. "No Sensei, he's weird weird." Cole stated, as Zane bowed down to a dummy.

"We like the guy, he's really smart, but sometimes he's a little off." Kai finished. "Zane is a brother, brothers are often different, I should know.."

There was a knock on the door, catching the ninja and Wu's attention. "Mail!" Three out of the four ninja yelled in excitement. They open the door to see the mailman behind it.

"Alright, A letter from Jay's parents, fan letter for Kai, Cole a package and letter from your father." Jay and Kai immediately read their mail while Cole on the other hand is a bit hesitant and instead shoves his mail in his gi. "Rocky is gonna love this!" He said excitedly, running to his dragon.

Zane watched as his brothers read their letters. "Hey Zane, how come you don't get any mail from your parents?" Jay asked, waving his letter in front of him. "I have no memory of my parents, I have been an orphan all my life." Jay awkwardly put down his letter, feeling guilty.

"Here we are all family." Wu said, trying to comfort his pupil. Zane only looked down, walking inside the Monastery. It's not that he isn't grateful, he only wishes he could know more of where he's from, not knowing only frustrates him.

General Slithraa slithers towards his right hand man, being displeased with the lack off work. "Everyone workss while you two sslack, I expected better from you Skaless."

(Y/n) leaned against the wooden wall, listening in on the Serpents conversation. "General, I am mosst loyal to you, but I musst question your childish agenda." Skales says, trying to reason with his general. "Ssnakes don't belong on treess." "You know better than to quesstion my judgment, know your place." The general hissed, slithering away.
