●○● A/N: Last and final chapter! What will happen to these two? <3

"No seriously, holy shit."

"Stop." Copter hissed as he rammed his elbow into Bas's waist, "You gotta stop pressuring me about this, I already told you that it was just a kiss."

"Just a kiss? Bro, if you don't find him right now and confess that you're Prince, you're gonna get a taste of these fists instead." Bas rams a fist into Copter's arm instead, causing the latter to yelp out in pain.

"Dude!"

"And just a kiss? Isn't that your first ever kiss with someone you actually like?" Bas proceeds to ask, ignoring how Copter was rubbing his pained arm.

"No." Copter mutters, looking away, and he mops at the tiles below with such aggressiveness to conceal his embarrassment.

He is feeling slightly embarrassed, knowing that Bas is right, but he didn't want to say anything.

As for Bas himself, he's sitting at one of the stools, considering how he came to drop by the diner to visit Copter, who was in the middle of an afternoon shift. It was the second day of the weekend, the day after the dance, and Copter hadn't confessed to Bas what had happened last night not until today. Which is why Bas was freaking out. And telling him to find Kimmon and tell him already.

"Okay, I simply just don't understand why you don't want him to know the truth? Like... he's obviously going to turn the world upside down looking for you."

"It's just..." Copter pauses slightly with the mop in his hands, giving a half-hearted kick to the damp cotton strands, "I don't want him to be disappointed when he sees me."

"Why the actual hell will he be disappointed?"

"Cause- just imagine this okay: I am always here, working here, and he's always here at least once a week. To think that all this time I've been right under his nose, and I'm... texting him and mentally connecting with him, when I couldn't even bat an eyelash at him when he's literally a few feet away from me, in flesh and bones?"

"Okay? But that's understandable. He's probably going through the same turmoil. You both didn't know. Heck, this is why I got so surprised when he managed to hold more than one sentence exchange with you the first time you bumped into that ex of his. He never holds a conversation with anyone just easily; Copter, I tell you that that man is not lying about you."

"But..."

"Okay, here's what we're gonna do. The first thing you do when you see him tomorrow at campus, you're gonna approach him and you're gonna tell him."

"What? No!"

"...Ter."
