(illumi pov)

"You took the needle out didn't you." Silva said sternly. "It was only supposed to be for the wedding father." I said. "It was supposed to stay in her brain forever! Go get her back!" He yelled. As I then immediately ran after her.

I really messed up. As I was running I then saw her stop and caught up with her. "You all manipulated me this whole time.." She said quietly. I didn't know what to say. I just stood there and stared. "It can't be and what's worse is you don't..even love me!" She yelled. She began pushing me away harshly. It hurt but I knew if I was to fight back mother would really hate me for it.

All I did was grab her arms tightly to stop her from pushing. "Let go of me!" She yelled beginning to cry. "Just please..let go.." She then got tired of fighting back and surprisingly hugged me. I hugged her back as she cried into my chest.

We stood there for a while as she sniffled calming herself. "I'm sorry." She said. "Why?" I asked. Why was she saying sorry if my parents brought her here without her permission erasing her memories of that day.

I was told this the night, right after I met her, and was told not to ever tell her. It was unfair and getting to know y/n I honestly did feel bad for her.

"Illumi." Said Grandpa Zeno behind me. I turned around still holding onto y/n. "This was your last chance. I now want you to kill her."
y/n immediately stopped crying looking at zeno then back at me. "Alright." Is all I said.

He walked away leaving me and y/n alone. I looked over at y/n. Her face wasn't the same. She looked traumatized from what she had heard. "Just do it Illu..just kill me." She said with a shaky voice. Even though she was scared she still put a smile on her face. It made me angry how she was just giving up her life to me like this. Of course she would never be able to see how angry I really was because of my plain face.

"I can't." I whispered as a took her hand. "Illu please.." She said taking her other hand and putting it against my face. I sighed to myself. I then let go putting my hand to my head doing some unexpected. Blood dripped down my face and on my hand revealing the needles I took out. Some splattered onto y/n but she was too shocked to even care.

Her eyes widened even more. I was crying. "You said you wanted to see me without my needles..well here it is." I said. "Illu i.." She said quietly. I then cut her off sealing my lips on hers. I could feel tears drop fall onto my face as we kissed and her head against mine. I could also finally feel some type of emotion and the first thing I wanted to do as I took my needles out was kiss her.

As we let go to breathe she laughed. Her face was all pink and flustered. I smiled looking at her. This time it wasn't one of those slight smiles either. "Illu your smiling.." She said tangling her fingers as she played with my hair. "Yeah..i am." I said.

I've never felt this happy with someone. It felt good. I felt relieved to feel again. But I knew it was too good to be true. y/n took a knife she usually kept with her and used on missions, putting it into my hand. "Do it. Before it's too late."

I took it slowly. Just looking at it made me upset. "I can't..I just can't!" I yelled. After yelling that I could tell Grandpa Zeno and father probably heard that. All of a sudden I could feel them staring at me. I looked up at the mansion seeing Father and Grandpa Zeno looking at me with evil eyes.

I really had no choice. I turned back to y/n. She took my face into her palms. "Just put the needles back in and you will be okay. You won't have to be sad." She whispered. "No I don't want to feel nothing..I don't want to lose you.." I said.

Why did it have to be like this? Why now? Why me? Why did she have to leave me in such this cruel world? I would never forgive my grandpa Zeno and father for this. I respect them always but this was too much.

Y/n then took my hand pointing it towards her stomach. "Good bye Illu." She said closing her eyes. Tears streamed down my face even faster. "Y/N NO!"

The knife then went through. Blood spreading quickly..all over, especially my hands. My eyes widened to the sight.

I cried into my bloody hands. I couldn't believe she was gone. Especially when I had just fallen in love with her. I hated this so much.

I then heard y/n speak a bit. I looked over at her very fast hovering over her face to hear what she would say. "Illu.." She whispered as she took her last breath.

"Yes." I said holding her hand. She smiled up at me. "I love.. no..i hate you."

Well that's the end of the story HAJSJJD ik the ending was pretty unexpected heheheh but i was originally inspired by the song "favorite crime" while listening to it and randomly thought of illumi which made me come up
with this idea. Hope you guys liked it and if you didn't i'll probably make another illumi fanfic in the future that will have a better ending than this🏃🏽‍♀️
