here i'll just post some terms, that are used in the shifting community and i'll explain what they mean if you don't know them already lol
DR-Desired reality
a reality that you chose. The reality you want to shift to is your "desired reality" since you have a desire to shift there
CR-Current reality
A reality in which you are now. Your current reality is the reality you live in at the moment.
OR-Original reality
Basically the same as your CR. A reality from which you are. You origin reality you were born in.
Subliminals
You can find them on youtube. They are basically videos that you play whilst shifting (it's optional to listen to them) They are supposed to help you shift to your DR because they are using affirmations that go straight to your subconscious. All you need to search is "shifting realities subliminal"
Affirmations
you use these as you are shifting (also optional) You basically just convince your subconscious that you are already in your dr by saying these affirmations
for example "i am in my desired reality" "i have shifted to my desired reality" "i am _____ (your dr name)" etc
