Chapter 23: Everything that falls, breaks.

Gen's POV

"WHAT THE DUCK IS GOING ON IN HERE?" I screamed.

"Nothing! NOTHING! PLease don't tell El!" Louis begged.

I had just walked in Skye's bathroom to see Louis and Skye together. Eating each others face. What. Do. I. Do.

"I don't know if I can do that Louis. You now have a child. It's just sick." I turned around to run away and Skye grabbed my arm.

"Please. Please don't tell El, or anyone for that matter because it was a mistake! Please!" She begged.

"Just get ready the others are waiting." I replied coldly. Yeah, she's one of my best friends, same with Lou. Louis not so much now. He has a girlfriend of TWO YEARS and an adoptive child with her. People like that make me sick.

I walked down the hall with Louis and Skye walking behind shamefully. I burst into the room, still not able to hide my frown.

Skye and Louis walked to opposite sides of the room. There was so much tension in the air.

"Hey baby! Why'd you take so long?" El asked Louis cheerfully.

"I talked to the babysitter for a while, she's really nice." He said without looking her in the eyes.

I sighed and shook my head involuntarily and left the room. Everyone questioned my actions.

"Let's go now. I need a drink." I ran down the hall with Niall trailing after me.

"What's wrong?" He asked me.

"I'll tell you later." muttered.

We entered the bar and went straight to get some drinks. Louis bought some shots. I downed three in a row. I need to drown out the image in my head. My best friend cheating on my other best friend, with my Best friend. The guilt of not letting my other best friend know. 

I walked up to the bar to get more alcohol but Louis stopped me.

"Whoa hold the drinks darl, you've had too many already." He was probably worried that I would let slip his secret under the influence of lots of alcohol. 

"You aren't one to judge are you? Cheater." I pushed past him and sent him a glare.

I ordered more drinks and shots and brought them to our table. Everyone gave me a questioning look as I downed more shots. 

"Come on. Let's go. You don't need anymore." Niall took my hand and we left. I said nothing until we both sat down on the couch.

"What is wrong? Ever since you came back with Louis and Skye you've not been right. Did you fight with them? Did they do something wrong? Did they- no. They didn't did they?" He asked.

"I walked in to them kissing." I murmered before getting off the couch to get changed.

"WHAT?!?" Niall screamed. 

Louis' POV

I followed Gen and Niall up to see if she was going to tell him. Of course she was. I'm an arrogant man asshole who will in the next 24 hours break the love of his life's heart. I feel sorry for Skye. She's probably will get angry with me and will probably start world war 3 with Skye.

I heard Niall scream. Oh great. He now knows.

He burst out of the room to see me. Oh god I should have run whilst I could.

"Why?" He asked me simply. I thought he was going to punch me. I wouldn't have minded if he did.

"It was an accident. Skye was sad so I kissed her for under 2 seconds and then Gen was there. It was an accident." I sobbed.
