Finally, the day arrived for which Perm had eagerly waited. With the arrival of a new member in his family, his grief, came to an end. Today, his family was reunited, and he was overwhelmed with emotions upon seeing happiness on everyone's faces. Tears drenched his eyes; he was happy at heart after a very long time. He wanted to meet everyone and live this joyful moment with his whole family. However, something troubled him, preventing him from going there.

"What is this hesitation for?" he thought. "Preeti... Preeti is there too... How am I going to face her after all that my mother had done, and all because of me? Her excessive emotional attachment towards me has made everyone suffer for almost a year.

His heart thumped inside his chest as they drove all the way to Rampur. The whole family, including Ramkishan Ji, Mamta Ji, Aanand Babu, Sangeeta, and Pritam Ji, accompanied him. He drove the car, his mind consumed with thoughts and nerves about facing Preeti again.

They arrived in Rampur, and everyone except Prem rushed into the hospital, Mamta Charitable Hospital, where Sapna and Preeti had brought Sadhna for her delivery. Prem stayed back outside, uncertain if he could contain his emotions in Preeti's presence.

After an hour, Sadhna gave birth to a baby boy. Sangeeta joyfully ran outside to inform him of the news. She insisted him go inside while she waited outside to welcome Vivek and Vinod, who were on their way from the factory site.

Mamta Ji sat beside Sadhna bhabhi, and they all waited eagerly for the arrival of the newborn.

Anwar Bhaijaan's voice caught Prem's attention as he made an announcement before entering the room.

Ramkishan Ji brought the baby into the room, and he was welcomed with loud cheers. Prem was about to approach his father but hesitated when he saw Preeti coming with them. Adarsh Uncle, Anwar Bhaijaan, and Pritam Uncle entered. To Prem's surprise, Preeti came to his side and stood beside him. His heart skipped a beat. Their eyes met, and Prem froze in place. She quickly broke the gaze and looked at the other family members. He didn't understand her gesture and felt confused.
