A couple years ago Marinette got her Miraculous and It was great for the first year or two but then stress caught up. That and along with being bullied and Adrigami being official pushed her to a place where no one thought possible.
She was depressed and it was bad. The amount of scars on her wrist proved that. She was at her braking point and no one noticed. No one noticed she had become skinnier. No one noticed she hasn't had a good nights rest in weeks. The only thing they noticed was she withdrew herself from conversations. She still dressed the same so not to raise suspicions but she ALWAYS wore long sleeves. Everyone thought she was just sad because Adrien started dating but no one new what was to come next.
