He came inside through the door and asked "You ready?"
It was early in the morning and he had convinced me to go with him and I didn't say no. Honestly, I was going for two reasons:
1) I felt guilty. & 2) I wanted to be there for him.
I nodded my head "Yeah." The thought of meeting his parents is what kept me up all night. We weren't even dating a month, and I was already about to meet his parents. This was all too fast for me and made me anxious to the core
Before I could grab my cabin bag, he held my arm and pulled me towards his chest, wrapping his arms around my waist and burying his face in my neck. He said "Thank you for doing this." I wrapped my arms around his neck, hugging him tight. "It's only for you, Jax."

"So where is this place exactly?" I asked as he drove.
He replied"It's far on the outer skirts of Maple Town. Before it became a town, it was a forest for werewolves but humans took the land. So, a deal was made with, between the Alpha King and the people. They could do anything in Maple Town but no one would ever touch the forest on the outer side. So for more then a century that deal still remains in peace."
A century.
I just nodded my head and kept biting my lip. He asked"You seem nervous."
"Why would you ask that?"
"The bond. I've noticed, it's stronger today. And I can smell your anxiety, Caroline."
After a small pause, I admitted"I am... nervous. I don't know what to do. What if they have a problem for a human to come in their territory? What if they kick me out?" I laid all my insecurities out in front of him. All the questions that have me haunting my mind since last night. I looked at him and saw his eyes were red and his voice gotten heavy "No wolf will kick you out. If they even do so much as try to touch you, I will personally tear apart their head from their body." He looked at me and I gulped nodding. I smiled and looked at his hand clutching harder on the transmission gear. I put my hand on his and lightly stroke my thumb across his knuckles.
A light shiver escaped his mouth which made me smile. I removed my hand, keeping it on my thigh as he said"And also, we won't be staying in the territory. I bought a cabin last night about 2 miles away from there. We'll be staying there."
"A cabin?"
"I'm not letting you go anywhere near them, Caroline."
Without saying anything, he grabbed my hand, holding it against his chest as he drove the car. Not wanting to let go of me at all.

We arrived at a black wall. It was huge.
I heard him whisper under his breath"Welcome to the Moon Pack." I looked at him and saw as his eyes turned red. Before I could say anything, the thick black walls started going down. I hated the voice so much, it felt like the ground was shaking.
