Zayn's POV:

It's a couple days after New Years and apparently Addilyn has a new boyfriend? I think his name is Duncan not too sure I'll have to ask.

We're all hanging out in Liam's apartment waiting for the food we ordered to arrive.

"Addi?" I ask, curious about her new found significant other.

"Yeah?" She replies looking up from her phone and raising her eyebrows.

"Am I being lied to or do you have a new boyfriend? I wanna say his name is Duncan?" I question very unsure of his name.

"Mhm yeah Duncan, I met him the night of Louis' party at the club. Do you guys want to meet him soon?" She seemed to get excited at just the sound of his name. I'm happy for her.

"Uh duh, our Ads gets a boyfriend and we have to hear it from your brother. What kind of sorcery do you call this?" Harry says acting offended at the fact he got the news off Ethan.

Louis's POV:

Today is the day we're meeting Addi's new boyfriend. She set up a whole lunch date for the seven of us to get to know him.

"Harry hurry up we only have an hour until we have to go." I shout into the bathroom where my boyfriend is still in the shower.

"I'm coming Lou perfection can't be made in 5 minutes." He called back.

"You'd be surprised what can be made in 5 minutes Hazza." I said cheekily.

Addilyn's POV:

I'm sitting at the table in the cafe waiting for everyone to arrive. First person to walk in the door is Zayn. He comes over and sits across from me in the booth I reserved.

"So where's this Duncan lad we've been told so much about?" Zayn smirked at me.

"He's on his way just like the rest of the boys." I replied blushing slightly at the thought of my new boyfriend.

It's been half an hour all the boys have arrived along with Duncan and they seemed to be getting on great, they were all being polite (even louis) awfully hard to believe but true.

Duncan excused himself to the bathroom and all the boys let out a deep sigh.

"What, what's with all the sighing?" I asked quickly losing my wide smile. "Do you not like him?"

"It's not that, it's just he's very, how do I say it," Zayn said scratching his stubble. "He's a try-hard."

I scoffed offended by their opinion. "Well I like him and I don't see that problem."

Duncan came back and seen the sour look on my face. Then Harry looked at his watch and nudged Louis.

"Yeah I think it's about time we left don't you Lou?" Harry said through slightly gritted teeth.

Louis getting the message replied, "Yeah we need to eh tidy up the apartment." He coughed trying to think of an excuse.

"Yeah I think it's time we head on too, right lads?" Liam asked motioning to Zayn and Niall, who both cough awkwardly and stand up to leave.

Duncan's POV

I sat down beside Addilyn after all the boys had left and gave her a side hug. "Are you alright?" I asked running my hand up and down her arm.

"Yeah I think I just wanna go home now you know lie down for a while" She replied her accent stronger than normal.

"Yeah that's fine, I'll walk you home if you want." I offered.
