I was sitting on the sofa as August entered the living room. I looked at my phone. 2:34 in the morning. "Where have you been,August?" I asked calmly. He didn't dare to look in my eyes because he knew that mine were full of anger and disappointment. "I was with Chr-" I cut him off. "Stop lying,Anthony. Just tell me the truth" I was getting angrier with every word.
He sighed and rubbed the back of his head. "I was with Quinn" he said. I got up and walked towards the door. I knew that he was at his ex's house so my things were already in the car. "Thank you,August. For everthing you've ever done for me in a positive way. But i can't take this pain anymore. I'll always love you Aug. Forever" And with that,i walked out the door,got in the car and took one last glance at our 'used to be' house. August stood at the door frame and I watched as he shed a single tear. It broke my heart in million peaces to see him like this but i couldn't take it no more.
7 Months later
I was shopping at the mall when i bumped into someone and almost fell to the ground. "I'm so sorry,you're alright?" I asked and looked up at the person I accidentally collided with. My eyes widened as i looked in Augusts face. "Hey Y/N" he said and smiled lightly. "Hey..." I lowly replied as I was trying to walk away but he grabbed my arm to stop me. "Listen,I know I messed up and did some real dumb ass things but a nigga is missing you. You were and always will be my everything. I hate myself for being such an asshole. I should've kept my dick in my pants. But what I wanna say is that i deeply love you and always will. I was a fool but I want to change for you and our relationship. Please give me one last chance and i will show you that I truly mean what i just said." His eyes showed guilty and sorrow. I just couldn't be mad at him. He will always be the only one for me. I lightly smiled and hugged him tightly before I put my arms around his neck as he put his around my waist. He kissed me so gently and with so much passion, I almost lost my mind. After we pulled away from each others lips I looked into Augusts eyes. "One Last Chance" I whispered.
