We were now in the month of March.  Three weeks passed since my make-up with Quinn.  The girls have constantly been coming over, getting me inspired to write more of the story that eventually we were all coupled off--well, excluding June, that is--and for some reason, I felt like we were nearing the end.  Graduation was two in a half months away.  High school was almost over for us.  And despite my dad's warning of making attachments, me and my friends couldn't help but to fall in love with my characters.

Steph and Dante were trying really hard not to make their relationship as obvious as mine and Quinn's was.  Quinn would openly wrap his arms around my waist from behind and kiss my cheek or my neck.  He found any possible excuse to touch in any loving way.  I loved that he wasn't afraid to express his love for me with just any simple gesture.  Cyrus and Eve were a whole other story.  Cyrus was still plainly shy with and around girls, so when Eve would randomly kiss him out of nowhere, his face would turn beet red afterwards.  It was actually very amusing to watch.

In the end, my dad and grandfather left us alone, leaving me to work on my book, What If, and had started going back to school, just to keep my grades up so that I can graduate with all my credits earned.  Genevieve hadn't made an appearance for quite a while, and of course, I had to tell Quinn about my Magic after finding ourselves on fire.  Let's just say he freaked out a bit, but he was gradually growing used to it.

School was easier for us, too.  Jay left our group of friends alone, Cyrus always picked me and the boys up from school in my car, and my book was slowly gaining progress.  But. . .I was almost finished with it.  With forty-seven chapters so far and over three hundred pages, What If was coming to an end.  And I didn't want it to.  The girls were just as depressed as me about this.  Eve and Steph didn't want to say goodbye, and even June developed an attachment to Winter.  Only, that was after we found out she was pregnant.  Yup, my dog did the deed without me even knowing it.  Winter was confined to bed rest until her puppies were delivered, which should be any day now.  Although the real question was who knocked up my dog?  I had a hunch, but I wasn't sure Carlos knew it yet.

Then there was Dante.  He had collapsed a few days ago, and after slipping some of the ELIXIR in his drink, he was awake and alert ten minutes later.  And he was the last one.  I still didn't know what the ELIXIR did exactly.  Genevieve never told me it's purpose.

So now, I was sitting on my bed listening to music with my headphones in after a long, boring day at school and working on unfinished homework.  Winter lied down in her bed in the corner of my room, and every once in a while she would whine, but I thought nothing of it at the time.  Until she barked rather aggressively that I looked up.

Creasing my forehead in a frown, I pulled out my headphones and glanced over at her.  She was whining loudly and breathing rapidly, her impregnated belly moving up and down at a fast pace.  My eyes widened in realization as Winter glared at me with her ice blue eyes for not paying attention.

"Mom!  Get the towels!"

There were seven of them.  Four girls and three boys.  There was supposed to be eight, another girl, but. . .she didn't make it.  Winter was so upset after losing one of her puppies that she barely even fed her other newborns.  Luckily I was there to help her, though.
