"Who's the guy that you like?"
I was stepped back by his question.
"Since when did you start wondering about my love life, hMmmMm?~" I teasingly asked him.
"You didn't answer my question."
"Ehhh.."
"It's soooo flyday, flyday chinatown~!"
Hanma being Hanma. Embarrassing himself again.
"Uh-let's go, Saki. Hanma's waiting."
He didn't bother to say anything. I should tell him by the time I'm ready.
"I'm sorry, Saki. Maybe next time." I told him as I was dragging him along with me.
"..."
Resting bitch face. Of course.
Once we got in, we found Hanma sitting in a table with 3 chairs and him with his headphones probably blasting on some loudass music. He didn't even bother to look at us.
We both sat down infront of Hanma. Man's just vibing with his eyes closed, both hands at the back of his head and leaning himself onto the restaurant's sofa.
"This isn't your home, Hanma."
"Well, it feels like home. Speaking of home, my parents told me to live with my uncle abroad after I finish this school year. They said they couldn't handle my fighting habit, so they asked my uncle to handle me instead. He's a former military so this'll be tougher. Sucks, I know. Man, life's shit." He sighed.
"So you'll leave us?"
"It's not like I can do anything about, right? Besides, it'll only be 3 years. Not much, haha.."
"A lot of things happen in a day, Hanma. What more with 3 years?"
"Oi, don't tell me you'll miss me, Mitsuki? No worries, Sweetheart. You and Kisaki,"
He pointed at his chest.
"Have a special place in my heart."
"Dramatic, are we?"
"I'm only like this to the both of you. C'mon now." He rolled his eyes.
Awkward silence..
"Mhm..Kisaki? You've been silent since. You okay?"
"I'm alive and breathing. Of course I am."
"And he's not. HAHA. What did you do again, Mitsu?"
"I did nothing-"
Oh, yeah. I'm the bitch who loves to get cut off, amirite?
"Itadakimasu." Kisaki bowed, and ate. Just like that.
Me and Hanma followed eventually.
We ate. Nothing really happened whilst eating. Just awkward silence. A couple of slurping here and there.
It's already 6:30 pm. Time flies too fast, eh?
"Aight, then. I'll head home by myself. Both of your houses are near here, right? Thanks for today." And he drove off.
