I woke up due to my alarm clock going off. I yawned and sat up. I get out from under the covers and stood up. I walked towards the bathroom still half asleep. I combed my feathers with my hands. I give a quick smile at the mirror and walked back to my room. I got a band t-shirt from my closet and a pair of black jeans. I put the on and some necklaces and rings. I grab my phone and walked down the stairs. I looked in the kitchen to see my mother there. I walk to the counter and grabbed an apple.
"Where are you going sweetie," my mother asked.
"Um Im probably just going to the mall or some other places," I said carefully choosing my words.
"Hm- okay have fun and BE CAREFUL!" She said probably getting worried.
"I will mother," I give her a quick smile and walk out the door. I walked on the side walk occasionally taking a bite out of apple. I finish the apple and throw it in a garbage. I look up and see the mall. I got a little anxious at the sight of the big building. I walk thru the parking lot finally getting to the door. I walk through the automatic door. I look around to see if I can see any familiar faces. I spot izuku and ochaco walking together but I didn't want to bother them. I walked up to the escalator kinda scared of it. I see a shadow growing over me. I shudder. I look behind me and see shoji. I turn back around I smile a little. I stood on the escalator. But my footing was wrong and I fell backwards. But I didn't get hurt. I look above me and see shoji holding me. My eyes grow wide and wiggle a bit trying to get out of his arms. Stood up and looked towards him.
"I'm very sorry for my actions!" I bowed. I herd I small laugh from shoji.
"It's okay, it's not your fault these escalators are tricky," he said in a calming voice. I blush a little and stand straight up. When I get to the top I jump a little to get off. I herd another small laugh from shoji as he steps off.
"Hey could I hang with you for a little bit?" Shoji asked.
"UH- um yeah sure," I stuttered a little.
"So where we're you heading?" He asked. I pointed to hot topic. His mask was covering his mouth but I could tell he was smiling. We headed towards hot topic. We walk in and the worker greets us. I head towards the shirts and Shoji went to the bracelets. I occasionally look to see where shoji was. I got two shirts one my size and one his size. I head towards him. He smiles when he see me.
"Hey I got you a shirt are you getting anything?" I ask blushing alittle.
"Oh thank you and yes... I got us matching bracelets but I couldn't find a best friend one sooo," he stops and shows me the bracelets. I look at the bracelets and turn red. They read 'best boyfriend's' I look away for a second.
"It's okay I can pay for that," I looked back at him.
"Thanks, but you don't have to," he said gently.
"Well to bad I'm paying," I snatch the bracelets out of his. He shook his head. I walked to the register and paid for it all. We walked out of the store. I laugh putting on the bracelet it weirdly went well with my dark outfit. Shoji put his on. I see Shoji's eyes wide and he pointed at a skateboard shop. I smiled.
"Um you do know its like 200$ a board.. right?" I said looking surprised.
"Uh yeah I have about.. 800$," he said. My jaw dropped. He laughed and messed up my feathers with his hand.
"Hey!" I yelled fixing my feathers. I looked back at him and he was walking towards the shop.
