Love is an odd feeling. It creeps into your heart and surprises you when you least expect it. It's the most wonderful, terrifying, beautiful thing in the world.
I've realized recently that some relationships take on one of the qualities, while others take on multiple. A wonderful relationship could be where the partners have known each other all their lives and they've been in love since middle school and that sorta thing.
A beautiful relationship could be if the partners met each other during rough times and they were brought back to goodness through each other.
Whereas, a terrifying relationship could be when one spouse murders the other. I have far too bad a time with those kinds of relationships. Therefore, I claim that I have bad luck in the department of love.
But on a different note, love is quite often one sided. When one person feels one way and the feeling isn't mutual, the relationship most times crumbles. I also have a hard time with this happening.
In conclusion, I thought I had given up on love for a very long time. But, if that was true, I wouldn't have started writing...
