And you have the following quirks - Telekinesis, telepathy, purple flames, and half-immortality. (What I mean by half-immortality is you age and will eventually die of old age but can't die until then. Your wounds will heal themselves but at different rates and you still feel the physical pain from them.) I'm going to try and set a gender neutral tone for your character so you can be whatever you want and Toga is canonically bisexual (to my knowledge, I tried looking it up) but if you're non-binary or trans, etc. you can imagine her as pan, this is your story now!!!
Your character is a low rank villain looking to join the league at the start of this but aside from that your background is entirely up to you. Please bear with me as I try to write this story in a way that doesn't seem computer programmed. :)
