Chapter {10}

Your second day at UA starts off with a small interrogation from the pro heroes about yesterday. Then, an announcement about Toga breaking in and files going missing. You miss your first two classes and head straight to your gym class. You get partnered with a student you don't know, Fei Ryuko. She's a petite girl with long blonde hair, hazel eyes, and a fair complexion. She reminds you a bit of Toga. Her quirk is "liquify". She can turn her entire body into a liquid state and back again at will, although turning only small parts of her body into liquid requires more focus. Her only downfall is she needs to drink lots of water in order to liquify.

You make sure to jot all this down into a notebook for the league. Ugh, you hate writing all this stuff down, you wish you could just record it. Unfortunately, Shiggy is making you write it cause the notebooks might help you connect more with Midoriya. Speaking of who, you plan to sit with him at lunch today. But right now, you need to focus. Fei can't do all the work herself. You two have to work together in order to make it though a natural disaster obstacle course. Fei isn't a very confident girl so you have to manage her and make sure she doesn't freak out. If this is the future generation of heroes, taking them down is gonna be a breeze. You quickly get through the course and score an 80 out of 82. You could've done better, but Fei almost fell into a canyon, well, a fake one.

After that, you hurry off to lunch and try to spot Deku. He's sitting with that Bakugo kid. Ugh, great, you'll have to deal with that brat's attitude. You sit next to him and pull out your lunch. "Oh, hi y/n, it's good to see you!", Deku says. "Hey Midoriya Senpai!", you say. Ew, to call him senpai as if he's someone you actually look up to and see as an upperclassman. "Eh?! You don't have to call me senpai, let's not be so formal. You can just call me Deku!", he says smiling. "Okay, Deku-kun it is!", you fake giggle. Bakugo just rolls his eyes. "Whatever losers.", he says. "Kacchan don't be rude!", Mido says. "Shit up nerd, tell me what to do and I'll kill you!", Bakugo yells.

"Bakugo-kun calm down!", you say. "Who told you it was alright to call be that? Only stupid Deku said you could be informal with him!", Bakugo yells at you. "Sorry senpai!", you say. "Tch, whatever.", he says. Deku laughs a little and you chat for the rest of lunch. Turns out, he's worse than you thought. You record it all in your notebook and make sure he sees you have it so he can show you his. Unsurprisingly, it was easy to get all the info in his stupid little notebooks. UA really doesn't teach their students to be careful at all, do they? I bet they don't even suspect they have a traitor in their midst.
