A: Well in this one Midoriya's mother is married to All Might in which they have a pair of twins

Ururaka: Deku must have a good life

Kaminari: Yeah he must be super strong to be All Mights son

Shigaraki: Great now there's two of them how can this get any worse than what we have now

A.F.O: Patience Tomura I feel like there is a catch isn't there

A: Yup in this universe Izuku doesn't get any quirk while Izuku's sister Izumi does which is a powerful telekinesis quirk leading him getting bullied

Ururaka: Deku-kun's sister will protect him from the bullies right

Shigaraki: HA HA HA HA THAT'S ABORABLE DO YOU THINK THEY WILL EVEN CARE ABOUT HIM, THEY WILL JUST THROW HIM OUT OR JUST FORGET ABOUT HIS EXISTANCE

A: Different universe alright, so they start to bully Deku all the way to their final days of middle school in which they tell Deku to and I quote, "If you want a quirk so badly why not take a jump off the roof"

This left a pain in everybody's chest when they were told that izuku was told to die by jumping off of the roof

A: Anyway he later discovers that his dad is All Might with him being heartbroken that not even he belived he was able to become a hero without a quirk, so Deku trains to prove everyone wrong but this catches the attention of Izumi and her gang in which she goes and tells her parents to make U.A sign a petition to ban quirkless people from attending

Nezu: WHAT THAT IS PREPOSTEROUS WE WOULD NEVER DO THAT

Aizawa: Yeah look at me Im basically quirkless with my quirk only giving me an even playing field

A: There was an even amount of people voting to decide if quirkless people should be aloud or not with Aizawa being the tie breaker leading his choice to be the end of the heros, now then lets get onto the universe

As the screen lights up ahowing Class 1-A and Class 1-B in a bus with their hero costumes

Tsuyu: Hey Yagi I say what come to my mind but your quirk it looks very similar to All Might

Izumi: Oh yeah but the differnce is I use my telekinesis to boost my self making it seem like I have a strength enhancer quirk

Kirishima: Your lucky mine only lets me harden myself

Izumi: Oh your quirks are very good against defence my brother would have loved seeing your quirks in action
