8. Ties Broken ?

Shri jumped from the cliff but she felt someone holding her hands tightly . She felt a similar touch , tears brimmed her eyes ,as she looked up , tears rolled down her eyes.

''Vishnu.. tum '' she said looking at vishnu.
Vishnu didn't responded ,as he pulled up Shri with all his might , Shri feel on Vishnu. Her tears were making his shirt wet. Vishnu held her shoulders and pulled her down . He stands while dusting his clothes and helped shri getting up ..

'' Vishnu.. mujhe pata tha tum...''she couldn't even complete her sentence while she felt a burning sensation on her cheek.
She held her cheeks in Horror not ready to believe that her Vishnu Slapped her.

''Samajhti kya ho tum apne aapko , haa , tumhe kya laga ,tum apne aapko tu hi khatamal kardogi'' Vishnu said shaking her . Shree could easily see pain, concern and anger in his eyes. She tries to explain him.

'' Vishnu..tumhe ..''

'' kuch nhi sunna mujhe , mujhe tumse yeh umeed nhi thi Shri '' Vishnu fell on the ground with a jerk .

''Vishnu meri baat toh suno ''

''SHRI DIDI '' screamed Aarohi and hurried towards her .

'' yeh kya karne jaa rhi thi aap '' asked Aarohi jerking her .

''Kam se kam soni kokh me pal rhe is bache  ke baare mei toh socha hota ''

Vishnu's Pov

'' k.. kya , baccha '' I asked Shri.
I looked at Shri waiting for the  answer .
Even in my wildest dream I never thought Shri can do anything like this.

Shri's pov
I know what vishnu might be thinking . But how to tell him that all this has been some by his own brother. He loves his brother more than anything. Will he believe me ?

''V..vishnu '' I said in a faint voice . I could see the pain and anger in his eyes.

  '' haa ya naa '' suddenly Vishnu blurted out sternly.

''H..haa'' I said as I closed my eyes tightly letting the tears flow down my cheeks .

Author's pov

Vishnu could not say anything more. He moved back slowly without breaking eye contact with Shri.

''Puri baat toh suno ''

'' kuch nhi sunna mujhe , is tarah dil todna tha toh pyaar hi kyu kiya '' he asked with a blunt face .

'' Vishnu,  meri baat suno pehle '' shri tried to explain him but in vain .

'' ab kehna sunna kya baki reh gaya , aaj se balki abhi se hamara saara rishta khatma '' he turned around to go .

''Mei mar jaungi Vishnu tumhare bina ''

He clenched his fist as hevlos3d his eyes , '' mar gyi ho tum mere liye ''
HE left the place leaving behind a shattered shri .

Shri fell down with a jerk . All her dreams , trust was shattered just in a moment.was he not supposed to atleast giv her a chance to clear the misunderstanding.
But it's not completely his mistake, during the bad times we all tend to neglect these things ,we forget that even the other person might be having a reason .

Aarohi hugged her as she could feel her
Saree getting all wet due to her unstoppable tears.

''Didi ,aap roye mat ,aapke liye acha nhi hai ,aapki tabiyat kharab hojaegi''aarohi wiped her tears .

''Aa..Aarohi usne meri ba..baat bhi nhi suni or ri. Rishta tod diya ''shri said between her muffled cries.

''Jaane dijiye aap use didi ,wo aapk layak hi nhi tha,koi pyaar wyaar nhi karta wo aapse ,jo chala gaya wo wapis nhi aata ''
