The Moments I remember | Choi Beomgyu

I love you but..

Jo-li POV
The next thing I remembered was waking up in a dark room. I was roped to a chair and my mouth was taped. There was no light in the room, it was absolutely dark. I was still feeling dizzy and I tried to recall what had happened..

Yes I remember. The dark alley, mobile phone dead, random person following and then FLASH, i ended up here. I was certain that I had been kidnapped but by whom and why? I don't really remember offending someone. Then why? For how long have I been here? Mom must be worrying about it, Beomgyu must be worrying about it. What is this place and who brought me here?

A few minutes later the lamp above me flashed and switched on.
I wasn't able to speak because of the tape but I tried to shout. It was useless.

Someone walked up to me, their face was not clear but as soon as that person came near me, in the light of the lamp, i recognised her. Choon Hee? I had forgotten about her! Of course it had to be her. I wasn't having a good feeling about this. She killed the last person who told Beomgyu that she liked him. What would she do with me now that I was his girlfriend? 

Choon Hee took off the tape and i spoke
"Choon Hee, why have you brought me here?"
"You know why, Park Jo-li"
"So what if i'm dating Beomgyu?"
"No what ifs, how dare you come between him and me?"
"You and him were a past, it doesn't matter anymore"
"It matters to me you asshole!"
"Choon Hee, I don't wanna fight. Just get over it and we can end it properly. You and Beomgyu were in the past and now it's over. You need to accept that"
"I won't. We were past, we'll be present and the future"
"Choon Hee, let me go!!" I shouted. Is she testing my patience?

She taped my mouth yet again and ordered 2 boys to stay there and watch me while she went to make a phone call.

Beomgyu POV
I was at Jo-li's house waiting for her with her mother. It was past 8:30pm now and she should've been home but she wasn't there. Now I was starting to worry.

"Why hasn't she come back yet?" I asked her mother
"I don't know, she should've been back by now"
"I know"
"Beomgyu i'm starting to worry, what if something happened to her?"
"I tried calling her too but it says its switched off"

"We should look for her"
"Aunty, you stay at home, I'll take the boys with me."

I could see tears in her eyes.

"Aunty its okay i will find Jo-li and bring her back to you"
"Yes please", she cried...

I called all my bandmates and asked them to look for Jo-li in the nearby places. I also called So-ra but she said that she was with her aunt and took Jo-li's car with her.
I went to the Big Hit training building and searched for her there but I couldn't find her.

"Where are you Jo-li?" A tear dropped from my eyes. Where was she? Just then I received a call from an unknown number.

"Yeoboseyo?"
"Choi Beomgyu"

It didn't take me time to recognise that voice. It was Choon Hee

"C-choon Hee?"
"Yes"
"What is it?"
"Park Jo-li, she's with me"

I had this feeling that Jo-li was with her. I was frustrated as hell now

"What do you want from her, leave her alone", i screamed.
"Babe she's coming between us and i don't like that"
"There is no US anymore, don't you get it?"
"It is, you just cant realise it"
"Tell me where is she"
"Lets meet up first"
"Why?"
"Do you want her safe or not?"
"Y-yes", I surrendered.
"Im texting you the address and remember no police or she's dead"

I hung up. I couldn't take the police, Jo-li's life was at risk. Choon Hee is crazy, she might do something to her.

I reached the entrance. It was a dark house. It seemed like no one had been in there for years. I saw Choon Hee at the entrance. She stopped me right there.
"Hi babe"

"Fuck the nonsense, where is Jo-li?"
"Ah yes, if you want her safe you need to breakup with her"

What. Break up with her? Why? I love her.

"Why? I love her"
"You know i don't like it when you say that to other girls"
"I won't break up with her"
"You sure?"

She video called someone and the screen popped up with Jo-li sweating and taped. Someone had the gun pointed at her head. No. I started crying. I couldn't see her die. I couldn't think of anything.

"Fine!"

She hung up the call.

"So you will break up with her?"
"Yes"
"Very well then"
"Let me see her please", I begged.
"Aww poor Gyu, okay i'll free her but if you don't break up with her right now i will shoot her"
"Don't hurt her please"

She went inside and brought her outside. I hugged her that very moment..
While hugging her, i whispered in her ears
"I love you Park Jo-li, but..."
