If Bryan hadn't returned to camp, Jyles might have been left in the lamp, Impu would have never met Bryan and they wouldn't have been married. Drannus wouldn't have learned about the Seductive Rose because I believe that he was told about the Seductive Rose by Bryan. The old campers would never talk about Bryan or where he lives because they still blame him for what had happened last year.
