Sunday 22nd January 2021

I knock on the door and his Butler opens the door and politely greets me, he then leads me over to the other guys who are already there. Edward, Leo, Charlotte, and Ellie are waiting for me, setting up the bowling alley.

'Alright, I've done it so it's the guys vs the girls.' Leo states.

'Be prepared to lose motherfuckers.' Charlotte says.

'You wish.' Edward smirks.

Suddenly the door rings and a few minutes later the Butler arrives with Xavier and Allen.

As much as I hate to admit it he looks good. His dark hair is messy which somehow makes him look even more attractive. He's wearing a black shirt which allows you to see the outline of his abs. I look away before he can spot me admiring him.

Xavier walks over to me and whispers in my ear.

'Looks like we match Bells. Is it a coincidence or do I have a stalker?' He says hinting towards our black shirts.

I roll my eyes and start walking in Allen's direction.

He notices me and gives me a cute smile.

'How was your shopping day yesterday?' Allen questions. 'I saw everything on Charlotte's Instagram story.'

'It was really fun thanks. I never knew bags could cost that much but I was severely spoilt by the two.' I reply with a gentle smile.

Our conversation is interrupted by Leo's voice telling us the bowling alley is ready. We all walk over and I sit with the girls.

'Ladies first.' Allen says charmingly.

'Allen, you should join the girl's team, you know, to make it fairer.' Xavier states.

'Are you being sexist?' I respond.

'No, Allen just plays like a bitch.' Xavier says while smirking.

'So you are being ableist.' Allen claps back.

Xavier rolls his eyes as Ellie takes the first bowl. She scores a spare. Then it was Leo's turn. He only gets 5/10. Embarrassing. Charlotte is next, she scores a strike, putting us in the lead. Next up is Edward who also scores a spare. Then it is me. Unfortunately, I only get 2/10. I could hear Xavier laughing at me behind my back but I just ignore him and walk back to my teammates. Then it was Xavier's turn. He walks up to the lane and gets his ball, and throws it angrily but accurately, and gets a strike. Damn, I really wanted to see that sucker lose.  He smirked as he walks back to the seat and whispers to Allen.

'Good luck Avocado.'

'You're being ableist again Xavier.' Allen claps back.

Xavier rolls his eyes.

Allen smiles sarcastically and walks up to the lane. He grabs a light green ball.

He throws it and scores a perfect strike.

He looks back at Xavier looking smug.

'Not bad for an Avocado.' Xavier laughs.

Now it was Allen's turn to roll his eyes.

We continue to play until the final round where it was neck to neck and it was just Allen against Xavier.

Allen walks up and grabs the green ball and walks over to the lane. He throws the ball and gets 9/10. He uses the second ball and hits the final pin.

'Fuck! He just needs a strike to win.' Allen shouts as he walks back to the seats.

Xavier smirks and walks up to the lane confidently as if he had already won the game. After he grabs his ball, he comes over to me and flirtatiously whispers.
