  Genos scanned the main area where most of the attacks started."This is the place where he started to act out?"
An S class hero by the name of Tornado replied,"Yes,the reports all said here is where witnesses say he started yelling about needing to fight someone.However this wasn't the first time they had seen him."
Genos glanced at the small girl speaking,"What exactly do you mean?"
  Tornado looked through some papers she was holding,"Well,some witnesses say  that they had seen him walking around before.Some of the grocery stores around had cameras that saved their data to the cloud so we were able to confirm their statements."
Genos asked again,"What statements?"
The green haired girl sighed and groaned,"Will you let me finish?! I know you're an S class hero but you just started a few days ago.
Anyway!
The statement said that he would come in regularly and buy food.We suspect he may have lived around here for a while."
Genos scanned the area,"Perhaps he didn't destroy his home?"
Tornado made herself float to Genos eye level,"What?" she asked.
Genos pointed,"Over there,that building it's the only one left undamaged while the others are all in ruin."
  Tornado floated a little closer,"But this part of City Z is abandoned.Why would he live in an area like that?"
Genos huffed,"If you ask me it's the perfect place to live.Somewhere where no one would suspect you.To be able to train to your hearts content without anyone ever seeing your true power.This guy is smart."
Tornado scoffed,"Whatever,let's go check it out.May be some survivors in there."
  Genos along with Tornado went ahead towards the apartment building.Scanning the building from the ground up,Genos saw no life except for one plant that sat on the balcony ledge.
A cactus in a small pot.Surly someone was looking after it.
  In a single jump,Genos reached the balcony of Saitama's residence.
Tornado followed closely behind,"Hey,don't leave me here, kid!" Genos ignored the small girl and set out to scan everything he could.Trying to find out more about this dragon level monster and where he had run off to.
The cyborg saw books he identified as manga and fresh groceries were stocked in the kitchen.
After examining the apartment, Genos stated,"I don't think this man intended to hurt anyone.His kitchen is freshly stocked with food and with the recorded evidence,it places him in stores very often.He seems out of mind and looking for purpose in my opinion."
Tornado grumbled,"So!? That gives him the excuse to kill people?"
Genos grumbled under his breathe,"That is not what I meant."
Tornado grumbled and crossed her arms,"Well this guy isn't here.Did that scanner thingy pick up anything that might tell us where he went?" Genos placed a hand on his chin,thinking but he replied moments later,"I don't believe so." In a haste,Tornado stormed out of the apartment but Genos looked around again,"This man seemed so incredibly normal.What drove him to go over the edge like he did? I must find him and ask him myself.Maybe he and I aren't so different."
