I think too much,
But slightly understand,
My silence tacitly matters...
Assuming not one cares,
Of what I think and desire,
Invariably solemn in decisions,
Aiming to disappoint nobody...It's funny, how I hurt myself,
Condoning to elderly talks,
Trying to be highly mature,
I think I'm expected to be...Who am I, really?
I myself am comprehending,
I am not me for thinking a lot,
Frowning facade is not me...Do you understand me?
For whom am I not being me?
I'm just letting all and me down,
I'll atleast assure myself I'm me,
For I can't have it both,
Can I?I'll save me from me now...
I'll have my mind battle me,
For the inner peace I'll achieve,
Accepting me the way I am...For only if I understand me,
Will I be prioritising me,
Before any adept advice,
I place me before me...- Merlynn ✨💛

Yes, about this one...I think this is one of my most free flow type poems, I didn't put much thought into adding poetic effects, just write what came up to my mind. Being you, being real, and transparent is extremely important while you write a poem :D
Hola!! Apologies for being extremely inactive. Hope y'all doing well. Please take care. Reminder: Have a sip of water if you haven't yet.
Adios kyodies,
Love,
Merlynn 💛
