Giulia pov 
Before I knew it the sun was setting and it was only me and Y/N. The sound of our footsteps filled the area around us. Birds slowly stop singing there's songs as the day ends. I try to ignore my fast beating heart but there was something about Y/N. They make me all flustered and giddy when they are around. Now I get the pleasure of walking them home. "I had a lot of fun today. '' Y/N said, brushing some hair out of their face. Hearing their sweet delicate voices made my heart skip a beat. My face started to heat up and butterflies filled my stomach. I turned my head to look at them smiling "me too, you're a lot of fun to be around Y/N" I told them.  I slowly looked down at our hands. They were so close to touching. Should I hold their hand, would that be weird? My head was spinning with so much going through it. 
I took a deep breath and started slowly reaching out for their hand. My heart was racing as my head was super fuzzy. As I was just about to touch their hand they said "well this is my house." I looked up to see that we were standing in front of a small house. "Oh I guess we are," I said, pulling my hand away. I rub the back of my neck as we walk up to their door. I watch as they slowly open their door as it creak. "Well I see you tomorrow" I said with a smile before turning away. Suddenly I stopped by Y/N grabbing my hand. I thought for sure at that moment my heart was going to explode. "Giulia um how would you feel if we um hangout again but just the two of us" Y/N said, stumbling over their words. Their cheeks turned a bright red. 
Joy filled my heart "THAT A AMAZING IDEA" I cheered out making Y/N jump. "I'm sorry too much my mom tells me I can be a little extra" I said looking away embarrassed. Y/N giggled at my responses slowly letting go of my hand "not at all, I like it" they said looking at the ground playing with their feet. I never thought in my life that I could fall head over heels for someone so fast in my life but now I'm here red faced over this person. "S-so tomorrow " I stuttered out rubbing the back of my neck again. "Yeah tomorrow " they resurrected me. My heart was racing so fast that I thought it was going to burst out of my chest.  "C-cool I will pick you up" I told them as I slowly started to walk away still looking at them. They nodded with a smile before closing the door. 
As soon as I heard the click of the door I jumped for joy. I was so happy that I could stop smiling. Everything didn't seem real but it was real. I started to skip home which made some people who were still out look at me. Some gave funny looks where others whispered to others with smiles on their faces. At that moment nothing else matters. I'm just so happy. As I opened the door to my own house I saw Alberto already sitting at the table watching papa finish up cooking. "There you are Giulia I was starting to get worried" papa said putting our food on some plates. " I'm sorry papa I got distracted" I said skipping to my seat making papa look at me and Alberto smirk. "Well you seem happy what happened?" Papa asked while putting our plates in front of us. Alberto smirk got bigger as he looked at papa. "They were with their crushhhhhh" he said in a teasing voice. My cheek turning a deep red "I do not have a crush" I barked at him taking a bite of my food. Papa soon sat down at the table making it shake. Alberto's smirk only got worse as he turned his body toward me. "Look me i'm Giulia, oh Y/N I'm so in love with you just kiss me" Alberto mock me before kissing the air. 
Embarrassment crawled all over my body "shut up Alberto!" I yelled at him slamming my first on the table. This only made Alberto laugh at me "that enough you too" papa warned us. I sigh looking down at my plate before taking another bite of food. "Besides I just met them you can get a crush that fast" I said looking back up. Alberto's eyes widened and cheeks turned red. He looked down at his plate taking another bite. I just rolled my eyes, my cheeks still on fire. "So who are they?" Papa asked while taking a bite of food. Butterflies filled my stomach just thinking about them again. Before I could answer papa's question Alberto piped in another smirk on his face "their name is Y/N they just moved here, we met them this morning and Giulia fell head over heels " Alberto said looking at me on the last part. I growled at him, making Papa look over at me. "It's ok to have a crush, Giulia," Papa said, smiling. My heart skip a beat as embarrassment grew "I don't have a crushhhh" I said throwing my hands in my air dramatic. This made Alberto laugh even harder to the point where he almost fell out of his seat. I sigh loudly, pulling my hat over my eyes, my cheeks still a deep red. "Anyways Y/N ask me if we could hang out tomorrow" I brought up pulling my hat away from my face. Alberto gave me look with that stupida smirk "what?" I ask him. "How did they say it?" He asked me before taking a big bite of food. "Giulia how would you feel if we hang out again but just the two of us?" I answered confusedly. Alberto looked at papa like he was asking "should I tell her" without saying anything. Papa nodded at Alberto making Alberto look at me again. I took another bite of my food before looking back at him. "Giulia, they asked you on a date," Alberto told me. In the shock I spit out my food before coughing. 
My cheeks were so hot that you could cook an egg on them, at this point. "WHAT!" I yelled at him not believing what he just said. It was too good to be true and if it was the way I acted is so embarrassing. "Well get ready for your date" Alberto said finishing up his food. I could only mubble noises before putting my face in my hands.
