Weekend Party

It was now time for work. You worked at a small diner in town. It wasn't the best but it paid decently. You didn't mind the uniform either. It was a dark purple uniform with little green details and an apron. It was fun though, you got to wear rollerskates. As you rolled around the diner, leaving plates at the correct tables, a mother that you knew waved you down. You rolled to a stop at her table to find three more women at the table. They each greeted you. You gave a smile and nodded. "Hey, Y/n. We know how good you have always been with the kids and we really would like to have a day with our husbands. Would you be willing to watch our kid? Just for a few hours."

You chuckled when the red-headed woman winked at you. You thought for a moment. The guys didn't particularly like it when you bring someone over so you tend to not. Then again these poor women need a break. You thought it over one more time before nodding. "Yeah, of course! It's just that I'm painting the kitchen so if it's alright with you, I'll keep them in the back yard, you can let them bring some toys. I have one of those small kiddie pools they can even play in." They nodded and the four of you decided on a time for the kiddos to be dropped off.

After you got off of your shift, you rushed home. You needed to tell the guys. You hoped they wouldn't mind seeing as the ladies were paying you and it would only be for a few hours. You came busting through the door, calling for the men. Within a minute they all stood in front of you. You sighed and rubbed your forehead. "You guys aren't gonna like this. But it's extra cash. I'm gonna be babysitting a few kids. They will be staying outside, it's only for a few hours, and they won't come inside to bother any of you."

"Well..." It was Hanibal. "It not like we do much to provide. And if you're getting paid then we have no right to complain." Micheal nodded. Freddy just shrugged and gave a bored look. You looked at Brahms, who was fidgeting with the sleeves of his cardigan. Walking up to him, you take his hands while looking into his eyes. "I promise, no one is gonna touch your stuff. We can read later tonight too if you want. Is that ok?" It took a moment but Brahms gave you a small nod. You stand on your toes while pulling him down gently and plant a small kiss on his cheek.

"It's all gonna be ok," you say with a smile. It takes a moment but Brahms gives you a small nod before pulling you into a hug. You hug back tightly letting out a small giggle, patting his back. Just as he pulled away the doorbell rang. You sent a look to everyone and nodded. They gave you a nod back and headed up the stairs.  They're going to hide upstairs until the parents leave and the children are outside. Once all men are upstairs, you open the door.  You smiled at the mothers that stood at your door with their children. You took a moment to do a head count, seven in total. You knew you could handle this, you’ve known these kids since they were babies. You knew as much as their mothers that they would be angles for you. “Hey guys, the back door is already open for you so you can just bee-line it to the backyard while I talk with your moms ok?” They nodded and ran right past you, smiling as they did. The First Lady waited until they had your attention
before speaking. “Thank you again y/n. We won’t be too long, promise.” You waved your hand with a smile. “Don’t worry about it. It’ll be fun. We’ll see you guys later.”

The women came back around 5:30 ish. You had the youngest child in your arms, they were asleep on your shoulder, with another sleepily holding your hand. The other children ran to their moms excitedly. You handed the sleeping little off to their mother with a smile. As they left, you waved bye to them. When you got back inside, you sighed softly. A creak on the stairs let you know the guys were coming down.

“Hey N/n. You alright? Looked like those kiddos took a lot outa ya.” You looked up with a smile but nodded. “I’m great. Just gimme a minute to sit down,” you said as you made you way to the couch before dropping down. Micheal sat next to you and put a hand on your shoulder. Brahms sat on your other side and wrapped around your waist, not too tight so not to hurt you
but there definitely was no getting out of it. Hannibal ruffled your hair from behind the couch. “I’ll get dinner started, my dear.” You thanked him and let your head rest on Micheal’s shoulder.
